We love Chick fil a, BUT what is the point of ordering online for a curbside pick up, waiting over 30 minutes for it to "be... ready" then go inside to pick it up AND WAIT ANOTHER 30 MINUTES????!! WHAT IS THE POINT??? It should be convenient and quickbut it's a headache waiting for your food for almost an hour with 2 todlers in the back. Absolutely unacceptable. Read more
This used to be the best Chick-fil-a in upstate South Carolina, it is now one of the slowest and nastiest CFA?s around the... upstate. Extremely slow! We waited over 25mins and watched multiple people get up and walk out because it took so long. Workersare not very nice and definitely not the CFA standard. Read more
'Atmosphere' only gets 1 star from me because the layout of this store location sucks. It's cramped and chaotic. Drivers get in... each other's way. People trying to pull in/out of parking spaces are at the mercy of every other driver. It's just crazy. Isthis ever going to get fixed? As long as the money is still rollin in for the people in charge, no one cares. Read more

Pathetic!!! Ordered a #1 and you would think with all the competition in the chicken sandwich market chick-fil-a would be better... than this. Bread was stale and the chicken was half the size I have gotten in the past. Can go to KFC and get better thanthis. Don't know why I am complaining because it does no good anymore with retailers who really don't care about customerservice. That's all I got to say about that. Read more

I love chick fil a but this store can do better.. I think this statement sums it up. ?I?m not sure what?s harder, to find... parking or a clean table? I?ve never had an issue with food here but the wait and store cleanliness has never been up to parfor chick fil A?s brand or core values. I constantly ask myself while waiting for my food, where are the adults? The store isfilthy the counters smell of sour tea (probably because they?ve never been cleaned) and the poor workers really have nosupervision. Most times I?ve been at rush hour it?s like boiling springs high school opened a chick fil a. They all work theirbutts off no doubt but there?s no leadership here. I think that?s the big issue is lack of management/leadership for the frontline workers. Maybe because it?s not right off the interstate that chick fil a corporate never checks up on this location butI?m surprised the South Carolina health department hasn?t issued them a warning for lack of cleanliness. If your tables areconstantly filthy, what does the kitchen look like? But these are mostly kids working this store. The workers will get awaywith what management allows. Management?s standard clearly is filthy store but get the food out. Corporate needs to send help tothese guys and provide better training, more resources, and clear up some darn parking.
