I paid extra for Texas toast and got a roll. I ordered Brisket Chili Beer Cheese Fries and got fries with dried up cheese and no... brisket or chili in sight. I didn't get the right dessert. I didn't even get the right sauce. The meat was dried up and chewy. The ribs, however, were decent. Do NOT recommend. Read more

This, most definitely, is not BBQ. We ordered what they consider burnt ends and ?bbq? brisket. Both dishes were exactly the same... thing and didn?t taste like BBQ. I think they got BBQ brisket and pot roast confused. I need to trade in the BBQ sauce formashed potatoes and gravy. On a positive note.. it was decent pot roast.. Read more

My order was totally wrong. Ordered Hawaiian rolls at extra cost and they left them out of my bag. And can you believe a BBQ... restaurant would leave out the sauce that was special ordered too? Avoid the Caesar salad.... it's just iceberg lettuce andcheese. I called back to complain and they just said they would replace the missing items. They're 15 miles from home. Istrongly recommend you check your order before you leave the building. Read more

Typical chain quality, the brisket was OK and lacked a smoke ring. It was probably cooked in an oven and only saw a smoker for... long enough to say it's smoked...If even that. The pork was OK, at best and the sides were bland. Would not recommend Edit:7/31/22 Tried it once more to give them the benefit of the doubt and it was worse than I remembered. If I could only give themnegative stars. Read more

The ribs were inedible, burnt to a crisp. Very upset. Wanted some good ribs. Management should be held accountable for poor... quality product. Covid is over. No excuse! Read more

???????????????????? 2nd time we have went o Dickens for dinner for to food. Do not waste your time. Last time we were here we... both got pulled pork plates and drinks and the total came out to be about $26 ish give or take a few $. Their pulled pork on themenu says $11.50 for meat and two sides , drinks are separate. Our food was cold soon as we got home and we only live about 5minutes away and it is not very tasty. This time we go to for dinner , menu still says $11.50 for our order minus drinks and wegot two drinks to go as well and our order came out to be $34. I looked up the menu prices as if I was ordering online , themenu prices are $16.70 for barbeque and the large yellow cups are $3.78 I did the math and our food of 2 pulled pork plates withtwo sides each and two drinks were $34 when they should have been about $26 as it was the first time. I will not be eating fromhere again. They need to be updating their menu prices and not just have the paper on the front of the counter that says pricesmay be higher. You can't have people thinking their food is $12 and charge $17 and not include drinks and give cold food. I'drather go sit down and spend my near $20 on a steak. Read more

Unfortunately we will not be returning. The portion sizes are not up to par. I do not like giving bad reviews but this was... necessary because we are going to a pandemic and to spend $30 on 2 plates and still be hungry after the fact is ridiculous. I?vealways been a fan of bbq but I?ll return back to Henry?s smokehouse for now on because the same 3 meat plate I receive atHenry?s is huge compared to the snack size plate I received from this place. It?s a nice atmosphere but for the prices peopleshould not be hungry after eating bbq. We only got one riblet a piece not even a half or third of a rack. Literally one riblet.I?m putting their plate Size pictures below. Read more

I can't think of anything from here I've eater that I haven't liked. Today I ordered a pulled pork/chicken combo and a pork, rib... and jalapeño cheddar sausage combo with baked beans, mac n cheese and okra. Since I don't eat okra, I can't testify to that. Very friendly and patient people, especially when you don't go there often. Give these folks a try. Read more
