First time here to this particular location was definitely worth the drive as this Location is a better choice then the ones... near me in Spartanburg area. I was greeted when walking in the door very friendly staff. They did a great job preparing andmaking my food highly recommend this location for all your ???? cravings. Read more

Pizza was not hot (and we live less than 10 minutes so delivery should have been fairly easy). On the left half of the pizza, I... wanted a bit of hot sauce. It was instead drenched and the only thing I could taste of the pizza, even after using 6 papertowels to dab it off. Stuffed cheesy bread was good though. Other half of pizza was also not bad, besides not being hot andfresh. Read more

Ordered pizzas last Wednesday. I?m a faithful Dominos customer until now. I always order my pizzas well done just so they will... be easier to pick up. Never once have they been burnt or anything. Well this day both of my pizzas literally were black andashy. You could smell the burn. I figured maybe someone new bc the pizzas were cut all over the place but not cut all the waythrough. I called and sat on hold for a good while bc of the storm that day. The guy said the manager would refund on my card. Ijust checked and noticed it wasn?t and I called. The guy who answered laughed and said it?s not even possible to burn a pizzathere. I was in shock that he bluntly called me a lie. I usually don?t complain but I work very hard for my money and I don?tlike to waste it. I told him don?t even worry about it. I just won?t be back. He said ok and have a great day! I just wonder ifthe owners of these places know the lack of customer service in the people who are working for them. I am really in shock. IReally hate?basically being forced not to be a Doninos customer anymore. Dominos in Boiling Springs was my families go to forpizza! Sad that it?s over. And sad that a manger felt the need to call me a lie. I wish I would?ve taken pics but I was in ahurry for work and the storm was terrible. I?m just sick about it. I much rather my pizza had been replaced that day but theywere adamant about reversing payment due to the storm and power issues. All I can do is hope this helps owners school theirmanagers on customer service and how it goes a long way with loyal customers. Thanks. Read more

Two experiences and two failures since they moved to the new location. The first time I just swept it under the rug because hey... everyone makes mistakes and it was only pepperoni missing from a pizza. This go around they apparently got the orders mixed upand I got another family?s order. I called the store and the reported the issue and received a sarcastic ?That?s awesome!? And?I will call the driver!?. About 20 mins later I call for an update but they don?t answer the phone so I make the 5 min drivethe the store. I take the pizza in and they tell me the driver is on the way. I got home and my wife said the driver hasn?tbeen back and I continued to wait for about 45mins to a hour before I went back to the store to get my money back. Read more

Absolutely the worst experience with dominos I've ever had! We ordered 2 pizzas, both with extra cheese. Both were over cooked... and neither had enough cheese for one slice, let alone an entire pan. We also ordered mild wings that were coated in somethingmuch hotter than any mild we've ever received from there. The stuffed cheese bread was also overcooked and dry. It was cheap socan't really complain too much, but I will not go back to the Boiling Springs, SC location...... Digiorno's would've been cheaptoo, and probably edible. ???? Read more

I ordered my pizza at 6:47pm. I called the store at 7:22pm because the tracker still said that it was being prepared. When I... called it hadn't even started to be prepared yet. I asked to speak to a manager. He just said he couldn't tell me when it wouldget to me. I told him I needed a time because my children were waiting on dinner. He said "okay hold on... " and then hung upthe phone. Then I immediately got a notification that he had cancelled my order. After waiting 40 minutes. Now the store willnot pick up. Read more
