I love firehouse but this one SUCKS. Always messes up order, no matter what you order, charged us for hot sauce they didn?t have... in stock and just said ?sorry?, no refund or substitution offered. Excellent food and great service at register. Didn't get order correct 1st time but made it right for us.

Mistakes do happen. But how you handle it says alot. We ordered lunch got back to work and my daughters sub only had meat not... condiments. She is picky about meat. Have visited many times but service seriously lacks! I missed my lunch today as I called my order in, arrived at pick up time... and nobody even acknowledged I was there for a good 10 mins before parking and going in and the girl was overwhelmed and noorder! Horrible service. This was my first (and last) visit here. Not once was i even acknowledged by the staff i had to ask if someone... could help me. Finally a teenage boy approaches the cash register, doesn't say anything, just puts his head down and handnear the screen. I assume this is him ready to take my order. Not a single word, apart from my total, was spoken. When my orderwas ready they simply placed it on the counter. Didn't say anything at all. Not a fan! I went in wanting to get a sandwich but it was all high school kids working there. I waited for someone to take my... order for 10 mins.
