Food was great, staff was very polite and apologized for the EXTREMELY long wait in line to order and for our food because they... are under staffed! This is why I gave a 4 instead of 5 which is probably unfair since everywhere is, people get back toworking!!! Read more
KFC is awful. Food never. Ready. I had to pick up a order and manager. Overlooked the person who called in order. Keep telling... us it will be a wait but keep sale going at the window instead of sending us out first. It is no lie it took them 45 minutes tofry some chicken. Made me never wanted to come back. Terrible experience. Ordered on the app and entered building (after reading the sign that said dinning room closed. Online and... Delivery Pickups only). Instantly greeted with "Sir the dinning room is closed." I read the sign and told her the sign saysonline orders can come in and then got the "well do you have an online order?" So at this point I was already annoyed just toget home to find the order was wrong. Everyone makes mistakes but the attitude is something I won't deal with. Read more
I work with a company that does in home healthcare. Companions for hospice and long term clients. We run errands. So for my... client came to get his lunch. Went to the drive thru to order which online said 10:30a.m. open.... actually doesn't open until11am. And I was the only customer here.. couldn't wait in the drive through. So currently parked to wait to order lunch. Allbusiness should have a free quick pickup option. It would give us more time to travel between different clients. Read more
An i was so happy to finally have a kfc in Boiling Springs, Will not be going back! Who wants to eat hard food? You guys have... the most latest employees I have ever seen! Your business wasn't busy at all this goes for the windows well, one of youremployee was sitting at the table not working an could have cleaned this up! KFC has the best fries and mac&cheese, they also have great chicken sandwiches and potpies! The inside was very clean and nice,... but I felt the employees could have been a little friendlier. Or at least give a smile. Every now and then a item will bemissing from my order, it's something to take note of. Read more
