For the past 3 weeks - each order has been missing an item at $3 - $5 each item. I normally let it go, because I realize food... chains are understaffed and overworked. However, this adds up in terms of lost money, wasted fuel, and wasted time - and Popeyeswouldn't let me just walk in and leave with $3 - $5 worth of food without calling this "theft". To make matters worse, the shiftmanager acts as if it's not a big deal and like I'm wasting her time to even address the issue. I once thought this Popeyes wason top of their game - I guess someone got promoted that shouldn't have as service is definitely going down hill. Read more

I want to start this review off by saying this is not about the food. But the staff that works at this specific location. I had... a mobile order, that I placed at 2:45 ish on October 23rd at the boiling springs sc location. Everything was going well and theyoung teen on the drive through mic was extremely nice. But when I went to the window I asked her if I could get an extra honeymustard and she gave me one. Then the manager (much older than her and black) proceeded to cuss her out right in front of me.Yelled at her saying that I should have been charged and made the girl obviously uncomfortable. I felt really bad and justwanted to share my experience with this rude manager because no teen working even in fast food should be treated like that. Did an online order and stood in the online order line for over 7mins and no body said anything to me. They were too worried... about the one customer. Said the order would be ready by 702. Well at 703 they were just making it.. I understand being hotand fresh but being a former Uber eats driver, the meal is normally ready before the time it says. Then they got sidetrackedfrom making it not knowing what they were doing. My chicken was made but was just sitting on the counter waiting on sides andbiscuits to go with it. Two people were working on the same order with no communication. 8 people in the location with onemanager and the manager looked like the only one that knew what was going on. I happen to be passing through South Carolina when I visited this location in boiling springs. I love Popeyes and their food but... this particular location is always out of product. On this occasion they're beautiful soda machine in the lobby was out ofalmost every soda. Other than that everything else was great. Excellent customer service and the food was as good as always.
