I travel a lot. This is definitely a hidden gem. I?ve tried their Pollo Street tacos (cilantro, onions, lime) authentic corn... tortillas. Spiked my street taco with light salt and everything was golden just as if I was in Mexico. We?ve also bought theirPollo Torta. Great portion size to feed a family of 4 in my opinion. The Torta was definitely juicy not dry. Everything wasfresh. Fresh ingredients! I almost forgot. We bought their Pollo Nachos and the melted cheese was just the icing on the cake. Irecommend you all trying this place. For the many people. We just need to learn to exhort some patience as our food is beingcook to order. If, we can exhort patience at a steakhouse then we should be able to do the same at this location. Customerservice was pleasant. Again, We?ve been to many Mexican restaurants. Best Mexican food in the upstate. Closest I can get to real Mexican food. Its a small mom and pop restaurant next to a gas... station. Yes I said gas station they only take cash, and be prepared to wait because food it made to order. The food is greatthe plates are huge they even carry mexican sodas. Hope yall enjoy as much as I do. I just had an awful experience at Taco Grill. I called in an order just before I clocked out of work, hoping that would... decrease the waiting time. After getting there I had to sit and wait another 25mins. What happened next was completelyinexcusable... I tried confirming my order with the woman that was working. She was super rude and when I mentioned "beef sope"she about lost her mind. Apparently we had a miscommunication on the phone and my sope was never made. No biggie, not a big dealI say I'll be okay without it. She just keeps grinning and laughing, saying "sope, no sope" and what seemed like belittling me.She actually made me feel dumb for checking on my order. Well, lady, you got my order extra wrong. My chicken quesadilla turnedout to be ground beef and it was super gross. Nothing against beef but just look at how grease-soaked the box is. The tortillawas so saturated it was just oozing. It was nasty and now it's in the trash where it belongs. So yeah, terrible customer servicecombined with an incorrect order is a recipe for never coming back. The largest and best fajitas I every had, Only down side is you only get the sizzling pan and not the fixings. You have to order... them separately. But my wife and I split the meal and were full without the chips and fixings. So all great. We will be back. Read more
Although the name suggests it is a taco place, my favorite dish is Chilaquiles with chicken. Wow, I have a new favorite place... to get Chilaquilies! Really delicious, I got the green sauce but you could get red sauce as well. I know what I?ll be eatingfor lunch tomorrow! Read more
