First time making a review for a McDonald's. But this is ny far the worst and slowly service I ever had.. 4 to 5 customers... including me had to watch the lady make everyone's coffee lined up and not being served for a good ten minutes while all ourorders sitting on the counter ... Read more

I ordered my food through the app to be delivered to my car. I waited 50 minutes before going into the restaurant to complain... only to find that my order had been ready for 30 minutes and was cold, nobody bothered to bring it out. They redid my order andwhile I was there it took them 10 minutes to serve the next person in line and two people left the line out of frustration. None of them had a sense of urgency. Read more

The worst McDonald's!? Now I see all the bad reviews... Why are they not improving? I worked at McDonald's 25yrs ago - I know... how they are supposed to operate. This one fails to meet the brand standards - it is not a McDonald's! 1. It was a little past7pm. Decided on drive through: 4 cars in 2 lanes. No car moved for 10 min! They were not taking orders!? When I tried to leave,cars behind wouldn't let me, so I was stuck. 2. Finally, cars start moving. I pick a lane. My lane stops moving. Other lane ismoving only. Cars that were behind me have their order taken before me! Surely that's not how it's supposed to work?! 3. Theyhave no quarter pound burgers! So they fail at supply management too. I take a big Mac... I forgot they are gross. 4. I didreceive my order in a properly folded bag (yes, there is an official way to fold the bag). I checked that my simple trio orderwas all there, including bbq sauce for the fries - good. Drove a short distance to eat in parking lot. 5. Realized that I had 0napkins and 0 straw! Oh well, at least he folded the bag right! This place needs to shut down and retrain - especially the ownerand managers! Read more

Ordered from my mobile app and sat waiting for over 30 minutes before my order suddenly disappeared from my app, even though it... was paid and I received the receipt by email. Went in to ask were my drink was and they said they did not have any mobileorders. Why is there a glitch like this where they take my money and my order disappears? Read more

I had take out breakfast this morning. I had to wait 4 minutes at the drive through before anyone answered me. As I got my... meal the girl said that the small orange juice was put in a medium cup. I joked as I asked the girl at the window why not justkeep your finger in the button to fill up the cup? She rudely stated it would cost more. Read more

Update: drive through Fast servics but missing items I was charged for. No one answer the phone New decoration looks... great. Tables can be cleaner! There is 8 staff and 4 clients but most of tables need to be cleaned! Read more
