They got my order wrong. No sauce and gave me fries when I didn’t want them. When you receive your order for take out. ... ALWAYS open the bags and check inside. One of the most disorganized St-Hubert! I placed my order online at 5:30 for a 6:45 pick-up. I arrived at the restaurant at... 6:40. I asked the girl on the counter if my order was ready, she said it won’t be long.. So I waited patiently till 7:15!!!Then I asked her again to check if it’s normal that my order was still not ready! When she checked with her cooking team, theywere already on the order #705, my order # was #673! So this whole time my order was ready but she didn’t know and made mewait for 40 minutes!!! Ordered online and selected contactless-pickup for 6:15pm. Got here on time and have been waiting outside for my food for 45... minutes. Tried to call and nobody answers the phone. Don’t order from here!! The fact that it’s got “Express” in thename is laughable. We had to go inside and wait in line with a bunch of people which pretty much defeats the purpose ofcontactless-pickup. Never again. Read more
Had ordered delivery from them. It took two hours to come over a distance of 6k, and food was clearly made a while ago. Their... poutine has literally 6 pieces of cheese curds in it, for $12! Don't go there. Read more
This place used to be efficient but now I wouldn't call it express anymore....we waited at least 20 mins at the drive thru... ... before it was much faster... I wouldn t recommend it to anyone too long, don't waste your time. Read more
