They got my mobile order and then just throw out the order to garbage bin without making my coffee, so I have to wait for 10... minutes for nothing. What a great service! Read more
Most of the time got my order right. Today I had to tell at the drive through speaker 4 times about the new drink I wanted... because they couldn't understand the name because I was saying it in English. I cannot pronounce the name in french. Then when Ifinally got to opening my cezar wrap I ordered it was a SOGGY shredded chicken with wilted lettuce and tomatoes... IM ALLERGICTO TOMAOTS!!! ???????????? Their drive through speaker isn't loud enough to hear the people either, and the staff clearlydidn't want to be there. ..... Order a dozen doughnuts from the drivethru, they only had half of the ones we wanted. Opened the box to see that most of the... doughnuts were the wrong ones. Then went to take a bit of one of the doughnuts I actually ordered only to find it hard andstale. This place sucks! Read more
