They occasionally make mistakes but are always quick to solve them whatever the problem may be.
I pulled into the drive-thru at noon and there were 3 cars ahead of me. It took a full 15 minutes before I received the 2 "club... à la Tim" sandwiches that I'd ordered. I took out the sandwiches, $5.99 plus taxes each, and my first surprise was that thebread was not the same. The sandwiches were served on, what can only compare to, as toasted hamburger buns. The next surprise,and disappointment, were the contents. Each sandwich contained only one thin slice of deli ham, 2 pieces of bacon, 1 piece oflettuce (it only covered a half of the bun), a 2 thin slices of tomato. As someone who works in the restaurant industry, Iunderstand that the price of ingredients has increased and businesses have suffered, but quite frankly, the price wasexorbitant for what was served. I would like to thank the staff at this location for an amazing and quick service every morning. it truly is a great a way to... start your day. I would like to especially thank Helene knowing the true value of customer service! This tim hortons may bevisited by over 200 customers a day but somehow just by the tone of my voice knows my order and assures no mistakes are made! Loved the staff. Though we did not know French and we had a larger order to place, the staff and specially the manager was very... patient with us. It was a busy day for them still the order was done right. The service was fast too!!! All the best to yourteam!!! Read more
One of the nicest Tim Hortons just right for a relaxing stop on the way back from Montreal to Morin Heights at exit #31 on... autoroute 15 north.. We stopped to try the new fried chicken. My friend liked his with the BBQ sauce, and French fries, butthought the portion was too small. Mine was with the sweet & sour sauce, no French-fries, very nice left space for thepeacan-nut puff-pastry desert. Service was very good and efficient. 3:30 in the afternoon. Went to the drive through for 2 wraps and a sandwhich with 3 coffees and potatoe wedges. The employee... forgot to charge one of the wraps, had to pay twice, got charged 50 cents extra for a hashbrown instead of potatoe wedges andthe employee kept forgetting to give us the second wrap and 3rd coffee. This entire encounter took over 15 mins. The food gotcold by the time we left the drive-through. Single handedly the WORST Tim Horton's I have ever been to in my entire life. Read more
