terrible! Have enjoyed their ice cream in the past however not any more. Ordered 1 quart and 4 Pints on 5/1/2021 spent $34.40... they did not fill the containers!!! all the pints had one scoop in them and the quart was less then half. But did not know thisbecause we trusted them to do it correctly, my BIG Mistake won't ever do that again. The young girl stated it was her first timeto fill an order, I still did not think she would not fill the container. If she was in training no one was helping her orwatching over her. I called and let them know on the very next day, another girl told me she would get a hold of her manager andhave her call me. Michelle called me and we spoke briefly once and left voice message on Monday. She also stated she would getback to me, today is Thursday still waiting to get a refund or the complete order I paid for. Update: It is now Wednesday and I finally made it to the store. I spoke to a very nice and professional young man who Was more... then willing to fix the issue, and let me know that the young lady I had the problem with no longer works here. am in here on avery regular basis for 2 quarts of the wild and reckless. When I went in about 3 days ago 2 very sweet young ladies told me Icould get it cheaper if I got the stuff they already packed, that night they didn't have it that way so they packed them andcharged me for the pre packed. Tonight I go in to get my normal and ask if they have any in the back, the girl was very rude andtold me it doesn't ever get put in there, I tried to explain what happened 3 days ago and she was again rude about it ,she saidI can pack it for you but it will be the 19 and some change, I asked why the other girls would tell me to check the freezerfirst, she says I don't know. I asked her to pack it she did but for the price that I pay for it not to be full really upsetsme. I have never had a problem with anyone there the carton has always been packed very nicely. I will be talking to the managertomorrow, if something can't be done I won't be back. There has never been air holes like this before, maybe I'm being picky butwhen I pay for something I expect it to be the same every time. Read more
