I went to Buffalo Wild wings for my son's 18th birthday. He got a order of wings free. We also ordered a meal for each one of... us. The waitress was awesome except for forgetting to give us our bill at the end which she apologized for. The place was prettybusy and I don't think there was anyone else waiting tables. The only thing I wish was different was maybe a way to test thesauces for the wings. My son ordered one sauce on his wings and it was a bit too spicy. Read more
Went in Saturday night ahead of a hockey game and arrived 2 hours before puck drop. Wait to be seated was 20 minutes, about what... we expected. Then another 20 minutes before we received our drinks. We had 3 in our party. Got appetizer, then one entreethen 2nd entree roughly 15 minutes apart. Finally had to leave as we were late for hockey game. Still hadn't been served 3rdentree. I understand being short staffed, but kitchen should be able to prep 3 entrees to come out at the same time. Read more
Ordered two orders of chicken and a side of fries. Fries came 15 minutes before anything else so were room temp by the time the... chicken got there. Only ever got 1 order of chicken and had to split the single meal between us because the waitress never evenshowed up for us to say anything to. Wings were way under sauced as well. Worst experience I?ve ever had at a Buffalo Wild Wings. Only 2 waitresses on staff. I felt bad for our waitress, she was... slammed. Never saw a manager helping out and it was obvious that they weren?t helping in the kitchen. Ordered an appetizer andasked to have that come out first. The first thing that came out was a side of Mac n cheese. Haha. Seriously, what restaurantjust brings a side of what goes with an entree? Then the appetizer was delivered with half the original order, then another 10minutes later the rest of the order showed up. This was all an hour after we arrived to the place, longest wait ever for foodI?ve ever sat through. We walked in at 6:40pm, the hostess said it would be a 20 to 30 minute wait. She added us to the list, we then moved to the bar,... ordered drinks and appetizers while we waited for a table. 45 minutes later I went back to the hostess and asked for an update.She claimed to have called me, clearly she did not. She unhappily gave me a booth and just threw the menus out on thetable. About 15 minutes later a waitress came to the booth and asked us to move to another table because the booth we wereseated in needed to have a reservation. I told her we wouldn?t move because it was where the hostess seat us after waiting for45 minutes, she proceeded to tell us that we would have to wait longer to be served because they had just gotten a party of8. Another 15 or 20 minutes went by and a waitress named Alayna came by, apologized and took out order. She served our foodwithin a reasonable time, the food was good but sadly by the time we had our food we weren?t no longer hungry. Definitely not agood experience. Read more
Buyer beware. Dinner orders through the BWW APP are at risk of being pushed out if their dinner reservations sh is too busy. My... ordered was placed at 6:17pm using their delivery option. After some time I checked the app and the order indicated it would beready at 11:51am tomorrow. I called and spoke to an employee that told me our order had been pushed. She felt bad, said theywould move the order to the kitchen. I asked if I could just come get them or should I trust the delivery. She said stay withthe delivery option. Said they would be ready close to 8pm. I called at 8:45 because they hadn?t been delivered. She said theywere sitting on the rack to be picked up. I was tired of waiting after waiting more than 2 hours for two orders of wings. When Iarrived, I asked the girl nicely if my order was there. She she said yes, grabbed it, and I asked her if they were still warm.She said they felt cold. She went to the kitchen to see if they could replace the order. What cam back and told me it would beanother 20 minutes. It was 9pm. I took the cold order and left. Unbelievable that?s franchise with so much credibility couldfall so short. Please add a disclaimer to your online app that it only sometimes works if the crew at your restaurant decidethey want to honor the time of the order. Came in kinda close to close, but they were still happy to serve us. The woman who helped us was also pregnant and was very... pleasant, she was super helpful and I appreciated it.
