How am I only just now finding out about you guys? I think you instantly became a favorite restaurant of mine today. I did the... two combo special with a steak sandwich and the mango salad. Yumm! Great place to go for fresh food that’s a bit more exotic, healthy, and affordable. It’s similar to Panera in a lot of... ways except it’s more A-la-Carte style and you don’t have to wait for them to make it - it’s all made as you walk throughthe line like Chipotle. They also give everyone a free chocolate-dipped strawberry as a desert treat with your meal! Read more
To start off we all know in restaurants/fast food, mistakes happen. 1) There was a hair in my salad 2) I found a lady bug in it... too! Yes a freaking LADY BUG! They gladly replaced it for me but when I got their I saw 2 people without hats or even just ahairnet. I also saw a guy with a bandaid looking thing on his neck that was barely hanging on. Not to mention the phone call Imade to tell them about the issue, the guy didn’t sound remorseful or apologetic at all, super short. The staff here was amazing and super friendly, my last few visits to varies Café Zupas across town have been undesirable. But... the staff working on 2/2/22 at 5pm. Shift killed it! I had an online order and they made everything smooth and delightful! Theyshould all get a thriving wage!! Read more
Amazing quality of food and fast service! Food is very filling for such low calories. Definitely recommend.
Holy cow this was not a great experience. 8 people in line, and we waited 25 minutes to pay for our food. They had no problem... getting the food prepared....they didn't have enough help playing and checking out. By the time we paid, our soups andsandwiches were cold. Blech. Hire more staff! My sandwich was below average. Toppings were non-existent (see picture), and Ineeded a microscope to see the strawberry. My Cobb salad was good though. No lemonade at all...which is a big reason we eathere. My $$ will be spent elsewhere in the future. Read more
I was super exited about this place because the pictures and prices looked amazing compared to everything else in the area. But... as you’ll see in the pictures that was my almost $8 sandwich. My daughter got two extremely tiny and thin chicken strips witha microscopic cup of fruit that was extremely soggy and looked like it was going bad, my son‘s grilled cheese sandwich wasalso mediocre. He loves grilled cheese sandwiches and he’s not picky at all but he said it was horrible. My husbands saddenedwhich looked like mine which is the one in the picture. The food we got was absolutely terrible but our service was fantastic. Without the customer service I would’ve given it one star or actually zero if there was an option our food was so bad. Icalled and complained about it and she instantly refunded me with no issue which I absolutely appreciated and definitely made upfor it. Read more
