Not even sure how to adequately convey our displeasure. Service was slow and inattentive. Everything lacked flavor via... herbs/seasoning. 2/3 entrees were served cold and the other over cooked. Best I can say is the fries were solid and a decentmojito. I couldnt reccomend to somebody I disliked. Read more

Man I really wanted to love this place, the atmosphere is so amazing! Unfortunately the experience wasn't great. We decided to... take my parents here for a "special" night out. I was excited because I have heard great things. I have to say when you walkdown the stairs into the "cellar like" atmosphere, I was blown away...the history of the building speaks for itself. The staffwas friendly, and the wine selection was IMMENSE! So where did they fall short...THE FOOD. There were 4 of us dining, and we allchose to order separate things on the menu. There was something wrong with every order. The chicken was bone dry, one of myeating companions literally couldn't chew through their steak. We even sent it back, and the second one was just as bad! I hateleaving bad reviews, but I have to speak the truth! I think you should go here for happy hour, and get some great vino withyour friends. This is one of my favorite restaurants in Boise. The food is amazing and the place has a really mellow atmosphere. Last time we... went we got the Silent majority shrimp, Pete’s lamb chops, re-elect ravioli, crème brûlée, and the sorbet. The whole mealwas amazing but the shrimp was an absolute stand out.
