My first time at a Chick-fil-A and our DIDN'T disappoint. My order was incorrect but they made it right and put in a gift card... for the next visit. The service was EXCELLENT, the restaurant was very clean and the food exceptional. Will come again when I'min town. Kudos to staff and management. Drive through was packed but they had a fairly efficient process which seemed smoother than other Chick-fil-As I?ve been to in... other states. My peach shake was actually produced ahead of my food which is great! Read more
I prefer to go to the one on Franklin because they are fast and organized and polite and the staff isn't spacey. The store here... for online pickup takes a long time and the staff doesn't really acknowledge you. It took 15 mins for a staff member to ask meif I have been helped and it took another 10 mins to make my order when there was no line of cars. I'm a big CFA fan, so I stop by new ones when I travel. Came to this one 2 times in one week (dine in each time). Service and... food were below CFA standards. The fries on the first day had clearly been sitting in the warmer for a while and weren't evenhot. Plus my order was more crumbs than waffle fries; I had to use a fork to eat then with ketchup. The sandwich was almost coldwhen I got it. Breakfast was a little better but not by much. And nobody ever came around to see if I needed anything eventhough I was there a couple of hours. I decided to drive farther away for my next 2 meals to a CFA that was excellent. Read more
