Got a bowl with extra steak. No added guac, queso or anything like that. Also ordered a free water. The bill was $18.09.. this... isn?t specific to this chipotle for the price but that price does not warrant a takeaway fast food meal. Tables quite dirty,couldn?t find one to eat at. Disheveled store. Would not recommend. To the front street chipotle, it?s better. Read more

Worst experience at any chipotle. I had already ordered online because I was coming from a different location that was randomly... closed. When I arrived my order was not ready so I waited for several minutes. I drove home and opened the order which ended upbeing completely incorrect. I then drove back again this is a different location so this one isn?t close to where I live. When Igot back I told the person working what had happened and she remade my order but only after asking me what exactly was wrongwith it and giving tons of attitude. Afterwards I asked for a giftcard or certificate of some sort as I thought this would begood customer service given the fact that this was their mistake for giving me someone else?s order and then me driving back andforth for a meal that I had paid for. She had to ask someone else who worked there who then said that he couldn?t give me agiftcard and to just tell anyone working the next time I was at that location that they messed up last time and to give it to mefor free. I hesitated as I thought this sounded odd and didn?t think anyone would just give me a free entree just because Iasked the next time I came in. I ended up just leaving but am really disappointed at the customer service. I will not go to thislocation again and don?t recommend anyone else do either. Read more

Massively understaffed right now. Waited 45 minutes in line just to order and they were out of a significant number of... ingredients. Only had one guy working the entire line and cash register combined. I would avoid. Read more

I usually love this place. But I went there when they opened this morning and they were pretty much out of everything I wanted... to order. How does that happen? My server seemed like she was in a huge rush even though there was only one person ahead of me.Whe. She helped me, I asked if they had a salsa they happened to be out of, she said we're our and asked so you want the mildsalsa? And didn't even wait for a response. She just poured it onto my food and she had to remake the bowl because I told her Ididn't want that. My recommendation is to maybe make sure you're restaurant ingredients are ready to go for the day. My previousvisit wasn't very good either. I ordered my usual to go, luckily everything I wanted was there. But as soon as I brought my foodto work and got the bag out of the car, the entire bottom of the bag ripped open and all the food I paid for fell right onto theparking lot. The employee who served my food left the bowl incredibly soggy with the bean juices and it soaked through theactual bowl, the bag and got all over my car. Very disappointed with the service here lately. Please make a change. I love thefood. Read more

I just spent almost $40 on two bowls and two sides of chips and guac. These prices are insane! You can get a steak dinner at a... nice steakhouse for that. Over the years the quality has gotten worse, yet the prices continue to rise. $40 for two bowlsanywhere is absolutely insane. I?m done supporting businesses that overcharge for everything. The worst part about all of thisis that the people behind the counter barely give you any food to begin with. It?s wildly inconsistent in terms of quantitydepending on the person. We ordered one bowl thru the app to be picked up at 6:20pm. When we arrived it was not on the shelf. After waiting till 6:35... with a group of other people waiting, we were told it was on the line just about to be made. After waiting even longer, we weretold again it was about to be made. Meanwhile customers are walking in, ordering, and leaving with their food. The bowl wasfinally made at 6:55. We could have gone to a nice sit down restaurant and had quicker service than that. No offer of chips ordrink while waiting was made. The point of pre-ordering is so you don?t have to wait. Yet we didn?t get our food for 40 wholeminutes! After getting home and opening the bowl, we found it was half empty. It was the smallest, most pathetic bowl I?ve everhad from any location. This place will not get our business ever again and I will be sure to warn others of this issue. Read more

Ordered a burrito with double chicken..... and there?s no chicken at all... we paid extra and got less. Never had this issue... with the place before but usually the protein is the first thing they put on it. Drove all the way home before realizing theirmistake. What a disappointment. Now I know how my step dad feels. I?m not hurt... I?m just really disappointed. Read more
