There is only 1 Dairy Queen. We love their ice cream cakes! This is 1 place you can get a good old fashioned Banana Split.
They don't give you enough gravy for a 4piece chicken strip basket. Then they'll let you know they charge you for more gravy... if you want more, and they charge for an extra sauce too, after you already paid $9 for the food. McDonald's at least givesyou 3 sauces for dipping your nuggets for free before they start charging you. The employee was very nice, not their fault therestaurant nickels and dimes customers. employees are definitely rude and possibly racist. they we?re unwilling to help us after missing items from our order and making... us wait for half an hr for food. they didn?t even look our way and ignored us. we ended up leaving because it wasn?t worthdealing with. never coming back and have them steal my money again. Went through the drive through tonight. They were pretty busy, staff were super nice and no complaints about them given the... circumstances. But besides that, we ordered a honey bbq chicken basket and 2 blizzards. Everything was good, so we thought.Eating in our car (while it?s dark outside) 2 chicken strips down that both seemed a little chewy but we continued eating untilthe 3rd one we bit into and it was cold AND chewy so decided to turn the car lights on and look at it? surprise! Raw chicken. Iwork in the fast food industry and realize things can be stressful and overwhelming but at least temp the chicken or split apiece in half when it comes out of the fryer to make sure it?s all the way cooked? For all I know I ate 2 and a half pieces ofRAW chicken. Read more
Excellent customer service and cleanliness. Great food too. My only gripe is probably a corporate rule, but I still have to... mention it. One of the things I ordered was the pretzel sticks with cheese sauce. The sauce was cold and thick, and there was solittle. The cup wasn't even half full. Corporate probably says to fill it half way, but come on....that's hardly enough for one,let alone three! Read more
