Was in a hurry and had to use two different cards both had money on them, wanted my receipt to insure I wasn?t charged twice... lady told me my receipt was in the bag? left and it was not in the bad had to come back and wait even longer for them to comeback to the window for my receipt lady was arguing with me that receipt was in the bag.. This Del Taco is one of the nicest I've been to. It looks like it was recently remodeled. It has great seating. Nearly every... table or booth has an outlet and USB ports to charge your devices. The building was very well maintained and felt clean. Thearea where you get sauces and utensils was well stocked and clean. The food was your standard Del Taco experience. I enjoyedthe quality of the food and the service was friendly. The drive through experience is solid too. It can be a little slow butthe food you get is fresh which is what matters to me. Read more
Food is okay, but this Del Taco location has horrible service. We waited for almost 25 minutes for our food and there were only... 2 cars with small orders ahead of us in the drive-through. We thought they were short staffed but saw at least 4 staff membersinside. There was only 1 car in the parking lot, so I'm really baffled as to why it took so long. Read more
UPDATE: I hate to edit my reviews, especially when I had given them 5 stars, unfortunately I have to. So I've been to this... locations a few more times now and honestly I am VERY disappointed in how the food and service seem to take a huge nose divefrom where it use to be. The ladies that gave me exceptional service and well made food I have not seen since. The cashiers I'venow dealt with are younger boys that were VERY unprofessional and acted like they hated their job and having to take my order.It made me very uncomfortable. One boy even stopped from taking my order and came around the counter and grabbed a baggie thathad pills in it. I couldn't even believe it. I almost just left and not order anything. Now the food hasn't been quite as goodbut not enough to make me not come back but the service, well honestly I don't think I'll be back. If you want somewhere to eatfor dinner or a quick bite I would choose somewhere else. Very disappointed. The staff here seem to care about having their customers leave happy. I ordered a grilled chicken burrito for my bf. And lots of other things. He said it tasted funny. I tried it and spit it out.... He got sick and had diarrhea. Possibly food poisoning. But his strawberry ????/ chocolate shake was awesome. Read more
I ordered online. I saw no employees whatsoever when I walked inside. I stood there for a couple minutes before I started saying... hello, hello, hello. Louder each time. I even knocked on the counter a couple of times. I could hear a conversation, so again Isaid hello, and 3 employees walked out of the back area. They then noticed my order on the screen and began to fulfill myorder. There were also vehicles in the drive-through that they had to wait on that they were unaware of. The restroom wasfilthy. My roommates are absolutely obsessed with this Del Taco location, not only is it conveniently located on Overland in Boise near... the theatre but the employees are very friendly and entertaining. Robert and Crystal were holding down the fort tonight and wewere in and out of the drive through within 3 minutes with hot delicious food! Order is always accurate as well which is HUGE!Robert and Crystal are killing it! Thank you! ???? It was amazing it really put me in the holiday mood you guys have a worker there named Josh who is so energetic and happy and... fun loving and could not stop smiling made sure everything was okay and did not matter how much we ordered or how long it tookme to decide what I wanted I will definitely come back as long as you keep more employees around like him.
