I really like Del Taco but if you plan to go and "grab something", be prepared. I was in line for over 45 minutes. I know... everyone is short staffed, but that wait was excessive for a drive through. It looked like there was a cook and 1 personstaffing the whole store. I felt bad for the employee. Read more
I stop visiting the location on Broadway in boise idaho the first time I came in I seen the manager cough on his has and... proceeded to make the food I came in 2 days ago with a friend who has not been to del taco for a long time we placed out orderjust to find a big bug in our frys this store very dirty, staff not washing hands, profanity at the window, lobby look trashed.Don't bother using the restroom. I have ordered door dash from these guys 5 or 6 times and they mess up every time. Every time I order, I order the same thing.... Door dash can't open a burrito and check if it's got queso in it so it's not door dash's fault. But when I called del taco theytold me they couldn't do anything about it and to call door dash. So I was forced to call and complain to door dash which iscompletely wrong. This is del taco's issue and they can't fix it?? Can't even get 1 out of 5 orders correct? Read more

Don't expect consistency. I've been here many times and received a bell pepper, onion , chicken quesedialla that was reasonable... for the cost.Tonight the gal insisted that jalapeños were the only pepper on menu. I know for a fact this is not true, but wastoo exhausted to have yet another agrument today. I'm willing to get what I'm asking at a cheapo joint, but not less. I willnever waste a dollar here again. My soda had no syrup, so it was just carbonated water, and the guac barely had any guac, it's literally 2 large pieces of... avacodo that are too hard to eat that were covered in a thin layer of guac, I'd assume to hide the rest. I'm extremelydisappointed. Would not recommend going to this location, and I will not be returning. Read more
Overall a pretty great place for some quick tacos or burritos. Service has usually been pretty quick and the dining room was... very clean. For how cheap the food is it's pretty delicious. Staff is also very friendly. I'd stop by if you have the chance.Just note their dining room is only open until 8pm, unlike their 24hr drive thru. Read more
