I work front desk at a hotel. Every time we promote dominos snd a guest orders a pizza we get a rewards card. 10 cards you get a... lg 2 topping pizza. Since the drivers forget the cards upon delivery most times i was instructed to call and they would takecare of me. When i finally did call they refused to honor their promise. I was trying to order a pizza for a family that hsdnteaten since yesterday and dominos stil refused to honor their promise. Boo dominos. I will never order anything from dominosever again and i will make sure my guests dont order from there ss well! Read more
My instructions always say just leave at door to avoid my barking dog and we do contactless intentionally, they always ignore... it, and I live 1 mile away from the store, it shouldn?t take almost an entire hour to deliver 2 pizzas. With all the reviews i was actually surprised when i got it. Looks, smells, and tastes great. I got the california veggie with... salami. The only reason for the 4 stars is because i requested square cut and double baked. Im guessing they dont read thespecial instructions from online orders through dominos. Also i got 2 sauces which wasnt with the order. If you dont bring it upthey wont acknowledge it with carry out and i honestly forgot. Seems like a place where they just dont want to work. My order was more than 1 hour wait I never got my drink and never got a refund for it. I tried calling and never got any help.... Finally just stopped calling after no one seemed to care to help me. They are awful I should have at least gotten my drinkrefunded !! Read more
I ordered 2 pizzas cooked well done. The pizzas that i received are doughy and way undercooked even for a normal bake request,... and far from being cooked to well done. One of the pizzas that i ordered was the Pacific Veggie with Sausage & Chicken added atan extra cost. The pizza that I received is missing the Sausage as well as Mushrooms, Spinach, Onions, & Feta Cheese. With allof that said I reported my issues with the delivery driver Jacob and he had 2 new pizzas at my front door in less than 45minutes. Both pizzas were complete and cooked well done. Got a deluxe pizza for carry out. Showed up when still making it. Saw them putting on toppings after it was made. No sausage on... pizza which comes with the deluxe. No garlic sauce on the crust and the pizza was cold. Read more
