Sat in line for over 20 minutes as the entire staff stopped to pet a dog. Customer a few vehicles ahead of us in line handed a... puppy to the lady into the only open window, which brought the dog into the kiosk and distracted the entire staff for severalminutes. First the girl ignored me when I asked where to order, then she pointed me to the window where the person directed me to another... window where nobody took my order for 15 minutes. Awesome customer service and great suggestions for hot drinks on a rainy day
To our amazement we find a coffee joint rich of Dutch cultural heritage in a cool suburb of Boise. So it appears. We expect some... good ol' Douwe Egberts, made with real brown filters, with a thick stroopwafel on the side. "Goedemiddag, mag ik twee straffebakken zwarte koffie van u?" we ask. "What?", The lady behind the counter replies. Seemingly, this friendly barista did not payenough attention during Dutch Language training. No worries, she has plenty of colleagues to help her out. "Wie spreekt erNederlands?" The brightest of the group answers that she speaks French and German. Deutsche Brüder might have been a bettername then. Good double espresso anyway. 5 stars. Read more

My whole family loves Dutch Bros!! They can make your coffee however you want, even if it's not on the menu; (most menu items... are online and not posted at stores). Very reasonably priced! Great healthy choices, with vegan options as well. Bring your pupalong and they will probably get a treat too! They serve fruit smoothies, muffin tops and more besides just coffee! Read more
We love Dutch Bros and the drinks are great normally the people are too. This time with the family we were going to ride our... bikes and go through the drive thru but we're told we couldn't due to "safety"! It is more dangerous riding to it and throughthe parking lot. Also we were already there, if there were signs I could understand but there isn't. Just a little frustrating .We will be back but because we do love it. Read more
