Very friendly when we entered, sat right away. Sat with my kids for over 7 minutes without anyone even asking what our drink... order was. We walked out. This used to be my favorite Flatbread. Service these days is below par at best. Read more
The pizza itself is good. However, the pickup/take out service is horrible. I was told 15-20 min over the phone, so I showed up... 20 min later. I ended up waiting an additional 35 min in the restaurant for a singular pizza. It wasn?t that busy inside oroutside. All of the people picking up food after me got their food before me. Part of me was expecting the hostess to offer apartial comp when the pizza was done, but nothing aside from ?I?m sorry?. I truly hate leaving negative reviews, but thisexperience was just too unacceptable and unprofessional. Read more

I ordered the Capricciosa pizza with a few additional toppings. I hadn't eaten here since last summer but the place has gone a... bit downhill compared to a year ago. They have now twice in a row forgotten to add arugula to my pizza as my online orderincluded. Plus, they seem to have downsized their pizzas to two-thirds their previous size (see photo). Love this kids-friendly place. The lunch Pick-Two is a nice option. Clean and good seatings both indoors and outdoors. Attentive... service. During one of the visits, a friendly staff even showed the kids how they put the make-your-own pizza into the oven. Agreat place at Bown Crossings. Read more
