I normally love their pizza, but the wait time tonight was ridiculous. I called in an order and was told we it would take 30-35... minutes. It ended up taking 1 hour 10 minutes. I don?t think they started making the pizza until we showed up and waited in therestaurant. Very disappointing. Seemed like it was only teenagers working there and all were just goofing off. The food is always fantastic, and the price is fair. However, your mileage may vary when it comes to actually placing your... order... Often you will have to wait 10+ mins for someone to pick up the phone. Maybe a staffing issue but still prettyannoying. Read more
We went to pick up our pizza after 20mins and they said it would be an hour! We should have been told that when we made our... order. Now we have to go back to pick it up. Employees should be trained to tell the whole story. Now you have a veryfrustrated customer. Read more
Went and got salad bar today. The gal there Emily doesn't know how to restock the bar. The company needs to teach staff... Fifo. They restocked by replacing the new product on top of old. Honestly it's become one of my favorite pizza places. It hasn't disappointed me and the kids love the pizza! I've been there... about 10 times and I haven't had an incorrect order. Read more
This place has gone extremely down hill. It?s always been one of my families favorite places to dine in. First off I was over... charged. The girl at the front counter added additional buffets that I didn?t order onto my bill. So when I went back overanother gentleman refunded me and stated the prices had gone up although the website does not reflect that. The pizza buffet hadno pizza they were constantly running out, the salad bar was a disaster and not stocked either. When we asked one of the girlsthat worked there she said they had too much going on. I understand being busy and overwhelmed. However, it?s very frustratingwhen you pay for a service and don?t receive it then see half the staff on their phones. The restaurant was packed and a lot ofpeople looked upset. If your going to raise your prices you should probably deliver otherwise all those people will start goingelsewhere. The amount of money we spent and left hungry was very disappointed. What a bummer!
