We went to our end of season Little League baseball Pizza party. We ordered an hour ahead by phone as they had requested. When... we got there I paid for the pizza, drinks & a salad. The guy gave me a bright yellow table top sign with our name on it, so ourpizza could be brought to us. Approximately 40 minutes later,when others were done eating and starting to leave, I took the sign& went to find someone. I asked a girl cleaning tables. Without a word, or any expression she went straight to a warmer,grabbed a box and handed it to me. I thanked her, and still nothing. All I saw was young kids working there. There was clearlya lack of communication, organization and training at that restaurant. One girl with dark hair was talking to us and friendly. I filled out the comment section on the back of the table topper, which probably went in the trash. The service needs work &complete training. Read more
Idaho Pizza is always a delightful visit. Enjoyed the salad bar, all you can eat, and the atmosphere. Got a custom pizza, and it... was better than any of the other "chain" pizza places have been able to deliver. Def will go back again Read more
Wow! Great Pizza and salad and the service is outstanding to match. Highly recommend them! Update: We had two combined group... meetings there and the service and food were outstanding! Yes I still highly recommend them. Update 2: Google because I do alot of reviews keeps asking me over the months if I still think Idaho pizza company is a great place to go hands down yes! Ican't believe the service there We pack the place plus all the rest of the customers they have and the service is just top notchfoods awesome for a great price can't recommend them enough! Read more
Pizza good Service terrible Forgot my salads went back then once home realized they forgot garlic knots.. I called and so call... supervisor said you didn't know...I got upset and reminded her HER STAFF needs to make sure orders are complete before givingthem out Also told her I'm not going back a 3rd time I'm on vacation and she asked what I wanted her to do I told her REFUND mycard!!! To start, we LOVE Idaho Pizza. But after several attempts to call Friday afternoon, they were all met with a voicemail... recording. Sunday comes around, we are still craving pizza. We are met with the same response (or lack there of). Again, lovingIdaho Pizza, we tried to give another location a chance. They pick up and even kindly tell us they would be willing to stilldeliver for the inconvenience it would just take longer. No issue. We give them payment info and order. All is good, pizza willbe here in an hour. After charging the card they proceed to call and tell us they can’t deliver after all. Pizza quality10/10. Current customer service 0/10. Hi, we were there yesterday afternoon, 7/26/22, to order 2 large pizzas for takeout. The 1st pizza was a Garlic Chicken. The 2nd... pizza was an Idaho Supreme minus the ground beef and green pepper. We sat on a bench, waiting forever for our pizza. We weretold that there was a mistake on one pizza, so they had to re-do it. Meanwhile, everyone else is getting their pizza ahead ofus. When we finally got our pizzas, they still were not right. The Supreme Pizza had no mushrooms or olives, and maybe 10 smallpieces of onion and even less each of the various meats. The Garlic Chicken had maybe 10 very small cubes of chicken and thesame amount of onion. Also, not much of the other toppings. At around $45.00, what a major rip-off! Idaho Pizza used to be oneof my favorite pizza places. What a major disappointment! What happened to our real order??? Read more

Nothing to rave about. Average review given from the buffet lunch purchased. Wasn't horrible and great price. Wasn't the best... pizza I have had but wasn't the worst. If you want a cheap meal for a family outing, I would give the lunch buffet a try again(11 a.m. - 2 p.m.). The service wasn't anything to rave about either, the staff gave mix directions on the seating offered andwe were treated as if we had made the mistake. Possibly due to training. Read more
