Just waited 15 min at the take out order window. The woman said, "Be right there. Please wait." She never came back on to take... our order or let us know she would attend to us. When she did, she complained to us that there were only 2 people working andthat we shouldn't have said "hello" into the speaker to see if she was still there. She actually complained that we "yelled" ather and should have been understanding of their situation. Have, she never told us they were short handed and it could take upto 20 minutes for them to get back to take our order. We were NOT rude but she was so rude we left without placing our order-even after waiting 20 minutes. Will not go back to this Jack's location again. Read more
Are you guys ever open? I've been a customer since the 1980's and most locations typically inform their customers if they're... open or closed. I understand hiring new people has been difficult, but I'd at least like to be made aware of when you are openor closed so I don't go for nothing. Thanks. All the doors were locked as if they were closed at 12:45pm. So, we went ahead and went through the drive thru. The associate... helping at the drive thru was very rude and was very overwhelmed, but there was no one there. Read more
Last week I tried stopping by later in the evening. I waited in line for a good 10-15 minutes, only to be told that they are... only taking Doordash and Uber-Eats orders. No sign indicating this anywhere. I then had to wait another 10-15 minutes to leave,because the drive thru is so narrow that it doesn't make it easy to drive around the car in front of you. If that is how youwant to run your business, go for it. However, they have been doing this for at least a year now, and have done nothing to helpcustomers avoid getting stuck in line. I felt like spending a few minutes to make a sign myself, because apparently theseemployees are too inept to do so themselves. I had a similar experience at the Orchard location too. Needless to say, I will nolonger be supporting any of the Boise Jack in the Box locations. I will also be calling corporate about this, because the"owners" repeated attempts to fix the issue have gone no where. Read more
I show up 20 minutes before close and get told they're only doing door dash orders. The employees here have gotten so much worse... and might be in contention for laziest in all fast food, which would almost be an accomplishment if they weren't so pathetic. Read more
I arrived in Boise fairly late in the evening, the only options that were available were McDonald?s and this Jack-in-the-Box... location. I haven?t had Jack-in-the-Box for years, so I decided to try it. It met my expectations for a quick fast food meal,and the drive-thru staff were very accommodating and friendly. This is a good option for a late night bite. Read more
I stop there at 11:30 am and there is nobody to great customers, nobody to take orders, and nobody to cook food. I pulled up to... the window and there was nobody in the building. I called and the guy says he's the only one there and was using the restroom.It's not his fault the restaurant can't serve anyone. He's alone and has to be able to use the restroom. I wouldn't blame theguy for walking out. A business as popular as Jack in the box should not be allowed to be open with only one employee there. Isuggest Jack in the box increases pay if they expect people to work for them. Read more
