I use to go to Jimmy John's often because of the great sandwiches.But I read a article about the owner and his son that started... these franchise.The article published was on thier hunting African wildlife on several occasions.I back up hunters 100 percentwhen they hunt for feeding the families they have.And on severe winters the fee they pay for the license goes towards feedingotherwise starving wildlife.But to kill Elephant and other endangered species is no sport.So I no longer support Jimmy's. My friend recently started working for Jimmy Johns and has been boasting about it. Went out to try if for myself and I wasn't... disappointed. Their #7 is really delicious and it's packed with meat and veggies. The guy helping me out was very quick andkind. I already loved their triple chocolate cookies and now I love everything else! Ordered an unwich. Got bread which couldn't be eaten because of dental work earlier in the day. Asked for no tomatoes and then... asked again at check-up to verify. There were tomatoes, which cause hives and histamine reactions for the person the sandwichwas for. No, allergic people can't just pick them off, especially after the juice has soaked into the tunafish by the time thesandwich got home. Thanks for wasting our money. Read more
Delivery guy made a passive aggressive comment on not tipping. I was really taken by surprise that I didn't even get a word out... before he left. First of all I usually tip but the last order I made with them was wrong and I waited over 45 minutes for it soI decided not to tip this time around. And secondly tipping is an option and shouldn't be expected! Very unprofessional. Read more
I've legit ordered here (I live near the court house) about 45 times and they have got my order wrong 1, yes 1 time and it was... very minor. The food is awesome and fresh, never sloppy and the ingredients are fresh. I don't know what magic they are workingbut to get my order right virtually everytime is awesome. Ordered my go to sandwich, for delivery, yesterday bread hard as a rock and all I tasted was oil (no vinegar) and no meat,... cheese, tomato taste at all. Might give them one more chance down the road but that will be it if they don't improve. Read more
