The sandwich took over 45 minutes to be delivered. The order tracker was mismarked, saying our order had been delivered, I had... to call down the store to see what had happened and they said it was a mistake on their end and to keep waiting. What can I say. It's Jimmy John's. Consistent quality and fast. Great bread.
Very disappointed. Waited a hour for "fast" delivery. By the time we git our food the bread was soggy and brought down the... flavor of everything. I understand a few minutes like half hour, but an hour for 4 sandwiches is ridiculous. Would notrecommend this store to anyone!!! Read more

Don?t advertise that you?re freaky fast and then take over an hour and twenty minutes from the time the order was received to... deliver a couple of basic sandwiches literally a few streets over from the store ? I should not have to call the store to ensurethere is not an issue with my order when you have deducted the balance from my account and not delivered the food?. Apparently they close early on some days and aren't open on others but you never know when because the hours online aren't... updated, no updated hours on the door, no one answers the phone and there is no message letting you know what is going on. Iunderstand times are tough right now but it would be great customer service to let people know what/when things are availablethese days. However, when they are open, their delivery is super fast and the sandwiches are always tasty and just like weasked for. The trick is finding when they are open to obtain one. Read more
Went thru drive thru to grab sandwiches to float the River so I did not have an opportunity to open them until we were too far... away to go back. I ordered a slim not realizing it doesn?t come with veggies. Fine. I?ll eat the turkey. Literally it had 3slices of turkey not even centered on the bread. Unbelievable. Read more
Obviously by the reviews this place is very poorly ran and managed. I waited 10 minutes in the drive-thru for one sandwich with... no one else in line. I asked for no tomato (very simple request that even a 10 year old could accomplish) well the sandwich hadtomato on it and it also had a little extra surprise, peppers! Since when did peppers come on the Italian Night Club? I used towork for Jimmy Johns and I did not find it hard to read the sandwich slips or use my god given ears and brain to accomplishorders even during the busiest of rush hours with catering orders stacked on top of each other. I go back to the store and as Iwalk in they are already talking about the mistake they knew they made. Not one person in the store apologized for their mistakeand instead laughed with each other about it. I also wasn't given a receipt or napkins. I understand making sandwiches andreading grill slips is a very challenging process for some people (apparently for a whole team today) but the fact that no oneeven apologized was the sad part. This franchise owner should be ashamed. GO TO THE JIMMY JOHNS DOWN THE ROAD ON MAIN ORBROADWAY AND STAY CLEAR FROM THIS ZOO. Read more
