Consistently one of the poorest managed stores around. Lines are always long with plenty employees standing around. They are... always having issues with the soda machine. Nearly always out of some flavor of soda. Staff is unprofessional eating in thestore no customer service. Good thing the location is good or this store would be gone. Interesting that the bathroom has nosoap dispenser. No wonder the employee I saw leave did not was his hands. Read more
This is a great Great location. The customer service is always friendly, the food is fresh and the drinks are super cold. I... especially recommend the chicken sandwich when they have them. They always have decent bundle deals and the adventure club cardis awesome to have, especially the savings on gas. Read more
Refused to help me because they handed me the wrong item and I didn't notice until I just walked out the doors. Literally walked... out the doors then turned around to exchange the item because they handed me the wrong thing and refused to exchange the itemafter they screwed up. Gas station is great, but the shoulder length blonde working the counter Easter Sunday, 2020 and 11:23 am - your attitude is... horrible. I understand that times are crazy right now, but that doesn?t give you the right to be snotty to people. Simply sayplease put the barcode right side up. That?s it. If you?re life is that horrible perhaps you should find a job that would havelaid you off the minute all this happened, and kept your attitude quarantined at home. Read more
I love this maverick!!! Wesley! My main man, is outstanding! He's so great and friendly with all his customers! He helps me so... much and is very attentive to not only me, but everyone! All the staff is amazing! By far my favorite group of Maverickpeoples!!!! Then there is My main girl. (This is horrible but i cannot remember her name! IM SO SORRY SWEETHEART! I LOVE YOU!) *blonde little cutie!* she is amazing! Always super helpful! Just tonight I was bummed you didnt carry mint chocolate chip icecream, but she showed me the f'real shakes had a mint chocolate chip one! Super stoked! And then she showed me how to use themachine haha! And she is always so friendly, askes me about things ive briefly talked about in the past, thoughtful and sohelpful! I cant say enough about everyone that works there. Such an amazing Group of people. And next time i go in, I'll getnames of all these amazing people! I love love this maverick! I always stop for lunch at a maverick and normally have a great experience, today wasn't the best. Went to grab one of their... homemade burritos and as I was opening it up to add sauces to it I noticed it had 3 small peices of beef, at 4.99. Normally theburritos are a good size. Went to the cashier to ask what Had changed about with the burritos and she said they have a newmeasurement, so I asked what the measurement was and she couldn't tell me and continued to argue with me about it. Overall badcustomer service. Won't be returning to that location. Read more
Typical small Maverick, shelves are typically fully stocked. They have self checkout. The store is busy around lunchtime.
