Customer service is unprofessional. I generally like cheap gas. Glad they have an ethanol free option. When I called to ask... their non-ethanol price, the teller said, "I don't know." I wait, but she doesn't say anything else. When the silence getsawkward, she says "we're not allowed to give that information over the phone." Honey, how 'bout you lead with that, if that isthe policy. Don't just act like ignorance is a sufficient reason to not answer a reasonable question. Read more
Justin the cashier went above and beyond with his job this morning! I bought 2 lemonade rockstars and was short 12 cents.... I like this place. Convenient, good food selection, and made to order food is pretty good. But I picked up a premade California... club sandwich the other night. I couldn't see a price anywhere but figured it wouldn't be cheap like maybe 7 or 8 bucks. It rangup at almost $12! I could have got a really good, fresh sandwich at Subway for a ton less. I spent about 250 a week in fuel here between my work rig and personal vehicle. This morning my coffee was a little thicker... than I liked and I asked if it would be a problem to grab a creamer for my coffee- the lady at the counter said yes but sheplanned to charge me for it. Work across the street my I frequent 3x a day for diet coke refills and beef sticks. Most of the staff know my first name. The... staff is always friendly with smiling faces :)!
