This McDonald's was the worst. About a week ago I picked up two Double Quarter Pounders in a Big Mac to go. After I get home me... and my family started to eat the hamburger meat was raw fries were cold. Luckily we didn't finish it and I had to throw it inthe trash. Staff workers are helpful and professional nothing against them. This review is for the admins/owners and it's about the... ridiculous schedule like for kindergarten kids and teens with curfew to report early back home. They close the lobby at 8 PMbut they politely kicked me out at 7:20 PM stating they are short on staff. If true or not it's less important what's importantis the decision makers who approve the schedule and close the lobby dining room at 8 PM. I've been traveling all over US fromNYC to LA and San Francisco to Atlanta, Chicago Phoenix Dallas Salt Lake City and all around... even after the COVID crisisthat's not an excuse anymore in Oct 2022 I've never seen a McDonald's lobby dining room to be closed at 8 PM as it is in Boisearea... It's ridiculous... For a modern city with modern customers chic and hipster to be kicked out of the lobby dining roomin a McDonald's at 8 PM when adults have a nightlife and might just want to have dinner starting with 8 PM... Short on staff??Pay more, hire more and slow down the corporate greed while serving the customers... COVID is not an excuseanymore... Hundreds of sqft otherwise nicely decorated in the lobbies dining rooms in McDonald's around Boise area standpreserved not used after 8 PM Change the schedule for the lobby dining room and I'll gladly change my stars rating... Staff has a sense of urgency when the store is busy. The manager I saw was sharp, quick, and efficient during rush. You must... give her and all the staff respect. Read more
Monday, September 12th at around 12:40pm. The girl who is working front window handing out food. Why? Obviously she hates her... job and the faking being nice is blatantly obvious. So turned away from that type of attitude. Please get someone else who canat least fake being nice and happy to customers. Just a thought. Thank you xoxo! Read more

I stopped by on a weekday for dinner with my family. I used the kioas to place my order and had it delivered to my table under 5... minutes. I was charged a weird 2 dollar fee for using the kioas. It's not about the 2 dollars, its supposed to be about theconvenience. I could of walked up to the register 7 steps away for free. This McDonald's is very modern and clean. They do havehighchairs for children. Overall I was very satisfied and would suggest this McDonald's to my friends. Missed a 5 star ratingdue to hidden fees. I cannot say whether the staff was friendly or not, my interaction was minimal. One really cool thing aboutthis location, there is plenty of seating. I counted 4 different possibilities.
