This McDonald?s on Orchard in Boise needs a new manager at night time I ordered fries with no salt with the meal and at least a... large amount of fries ????with my meal I just wanted fresh fries and what I get is I can show you a picture of this so-calledlarge fries I didn?t even touch you can tell it was a small, they were not fresh fries you can tell they got old fry?s anddipped it in the fryer for one second to take off the salt this was definitely a upset for me because I drove home and saw thefries witch I was starving from work and was expecting a large FN fry can somebody please get some good cooks in the McDonald?son orchard or a good manager thank you appreciate it Read more
My grandson likes it...I drive through for him. Fries are good....burgers are clearly microwaved after initially cooked: when... I said 'tell me that my cheeseburger wasn't just microwaved!' The guy said 'it wasn't ' I said ' I clearly saw it put in, itdinged it was taken out and bagged, then handed to me' He said 'it's a warming oven'! That's a flippin' Microwave!!! I'll recommend on the service, but frankly I can't stand MCd's food and DID NOT want to be there, but those people were very... attentive and do top notch and extremely friendly work. My hat is off to them. Read more
Still need to work on order accuracy. Double check those bags expediters. Other than that, very friendly service mostly.

I've been to other Locations. But this one hit different. The breakfast was so bomb and the cheese was perfectly melted and... coffee was actually good. Perfect bun. I rarely pay attention to the food like that but when in opened the box food was perfectand buns were nice and warm Read more

Had to beg someone to take payment as I had cash and could not pay at kiosk. manager back to me and keep looking over shoulder... and looking at me. He never moved from the spot in front of the monitors finally a young man who had been cleaning tables cameback from lobby ... Didn't hand wash took my payment... Hand me a cup then he took trash out when he returned from out sideapprox 5-8 mins later ... Again no hand washing... Put my food on a tray... while crack off jokes to a female I am assumingbecause I only heard her voice yelling over equipment... Young man brought me my tray ... He never even attempted to hand washor sanitize. The enter visit manager just stood there. Manager would occasionally make a snide joke to the crew but from where Iwas sitting in lobby it appeared he was more in the way as staff dodged around him to fill orders. McDonalds has never beenupscale however the trash, and locker room talk at this location is boarder line offensive. The lack of food safety is visible.No napkins in lobby, trashes filled, most tables dirty, I have seen New York men's room that are cleaner than this McDonaldslocation. Food was hot and fresh and other than I ordered by burger without lettuce and received a healthy portion of lettucethe fries and nuggets where hot and fresh. Drink station was a train reck. I will just avoid this location in the future as theMCD's a cross town is clean and professional. My guess is the manager is still watching the screens in the same place he was asI left.
