Very unhappy with this experience. The portions of both the sides and the protein items were poor. I asked for chopsticks with... my order and received none. Once I was done with my meal, I looked in the bag for the usual fortune cookie (one of the bestparts of the entire meal) and it was missing. I'm very disappointed but there is one upside, I know which location to avoid inBoise. Read more
I've been going here for years and it was always good. This is their chow main now. No veggies and tasted awful. This place must... have been bought by someone else. Was great before. If I could choose ZERO stars I would. Ordered food a couple days ago. We ordered online and they took 40 minutes longer than... what we were told to pick up food so my son had to end up sitting in the lobby area for over 25 minutes. When he finally went uptheir and asked about our order for the third time our food had been sitting on the counter for who knows how long. Theemployees knew he was waiting and did not bother bringing it out to him. Who cares about customer service right??? Once we gotthe food home and opened the bag not only was our food extremely cold and slopped together but we had several items missing fromour order at least $15 worth. The majority of the order was thrown away by us because it tasted horrible. I ordered a kids mealwith the noodles and my 2 year old grandson basically was given a box full of cabbage. The fruit that was supposed to go with akids meal was a crushed up bag of dried apples?!?! I had to make him something else entirely because he refused to eat it whichI don?t blame him. I tried calling several times and no one picked up the phone. My son said that while he was waiting for thefood the location was not very busy. I emailed customer support and they have yet to reply! DO NOT PAY WITH CASH! Today after paying with cash I was given the inproper amount of change. After confronting the staff... member, she went and spoke with her manager and came back out saying there was nothing she could do. Though the amount was smallthis is still theft. This is not the first bad experience I have had with this location. From rude and incompetent staffmembers to food being handled improperly. But I continue to go to this location due to it being the closest to me. After this Iwill no longer be visiting this location. If you are having cravings for orange chicken I highly recommend going to a differentlocation. Read more
Brown veggies. Quality of greens was discussing. They were extra slimy. Tasted like coated in vegi oil, butter and lime.... Normally you can't taste the seasoning. Took some pictures. Pretty sure they bought it like this and just fried it up and servedit. They should have filtered this bad produce out. Also had the crunchiest orange chicken and honey almond chicken. It waslike they had twice as much batter on them. Honey almond chicken was missing the almonds. They were completely withoutcustomers 1pm on a Saturday. Read more
Panda Express is usually really good. Great for a quick dinner with the family. The ingredients are always fresh, cooked really... well. We ran in for a quick dinner that was somewhat healthy, we actually ordered online and they had it ready to go by the timewe got there. Pretty inexpensive for what you get. You can eat pretty healthy here. The employees are all very nice, offersamples of anything you'd like to try. They have a wide variety to choose from, and you always get a fortune cookie. There isplenty of room to sit and eat if you want. Overall a great place to grab a quick meal. Read more
I was just in, and I ordered a "bigger plate" with 3x beyond orange chicken. They kept repeating 2x beyond, and I kept... correcting them. I corrected them 4 times, even holding my fingers up to say "3" at one point, and they gave me a "plate"anyway, with 2x beyond, so I just kind of gave up. I just felt really ignored and it was super frustrating. Not only that, theyhad to make more beyond chicken. So they plated everything else and then just left it sitting on the counter, not even under aheater, so it got cold. Also, there is one girl working who basically refuses to give me any extra sauce.
