The food is alright. Not very good but the service is fast and nice.
Worst experience at Panda ever! As 2 employees talked and didn?t acknowledge we were there for 5 minutes. The guy then was so... rude that was grabbing our food. I got a cub meal for my daughter. He pretty much handed me the box. Was not nice through it allI paid him. Then I had to ask for the drink. Annoyingly he gave it to me. Then I said what about the fruit side. He rudelygrabbed that at handed it to me. This is my daughters favorite place to eat and because of this one small experience we won?t beback. We have been there a few times. The mall opened at 11 on Sunday when they opened, we went to order, they had not even cooked... there teriyaki chicken yet and said it would be a half hour before its done...wouldn't you figure the cooks should come earlyto get it done before opening???? This has happened several times there, and they run out and are so slow making anotherbatch...we end up going to the other side and order from another Chinese food area...the manager is very mean when you complain,not nice to customers...if I could I would rate a zero. Worst experience at panda thus far. This location was packed, but the line was mainly to pay for your food. When I went to pay... they didn?t have a lid on my bowl. The person checking out asked three separate times if we wanted to donate after I said noalready. She then proceeded to drop the utensil into my bowl which was the only one on the line without a lid. It ruined myappetite, think about how many credit cards and cash she handled and to think that something directly touched my food wasdisgusting. When I opened my bowl I took a bite of my teriyaki chicken and bit into a bone. Would never come back and I don?trecommend. Read more
This was the worst Panda Express I've ever visited, and the worst taste and experience I've had in the Treasure Valley. Our... orange chicken was hard and cold on the inside, and when my daughter brought it back they had an attitude. The chow mein wasgross and when I asked for a refill on my water, they wanted to charge me .54 cents when I already paid $1.00 for the water cup.Complete waste of money here and a sorry visit indeed. For whatever reason this panda in particular taste a little different then the rest of the local stores. They did prepare us... fresh orange chicken and rice right before closing so no complaints. Read more
Ordered one main and 2 sides. I ordered 1 chow mein 2 sides of beef broccoli. Got 2 sides of chow mein and one side of broccoli... and a couple slices of beef. Thank you door dash from crediting to my order even tho this has nothing to do with you. It's notlike YOU cooked the food or anything. I've noticed quality of food service has dropped in all categories. Not just these guys.(NEW REVIEW) Service has gotten way better. My older review is here. Really happy with the service now. Had the honey sesame chicken and the honey walnut shrimp which is my go to order. At around 1am I woke up violently ill.... Throwing up for hours and still feeling pretty bad. Would NOT recommend this place! If you don?t want food poisoning then gosomewhere else Read more
