Called in my order, they said it would be 25 minutes. It was during a dinner rush but there was only one girl who was actually... doing a good job at filling orders. I got there 20 minutes after I called and waited an additional 30 minutes inside. The personwho was behind me in line got their pizza before me. The walk-in orders all got their pizzas before me. Online order with pickup 90 minutes later. Called after 30 minutes to see if I could move that up and they said no that there... were 70 active tickets. I told them I understood and I asked and they told me that the order would still be ready at theoriginal time of 445pm. At 445 they told me at the drive thru that they had not started my order yet. If I would park outfront they would bring it to me. After 35 more minutes (2 hours after order) I called and was told that if I again went to thefront they would bring it to me. Didn?t bring out so I went in and was greeted at the door. They were out of part of my orderand I asked for that money back. They refused and offered me more of what I already ordered. I think I should be refunded 6.36for the s?mores bars and would like to be reimbursed my 15 percent tip of 5.40 for a total of $11.76 for services not rendered. Read more

Went in early on a Saturday within a few minutes of them opening and the make line was a total mess. Obviously hadn't been... cleaned from the night before. There were only 2 people working, a new guy, and a guy with zero customer service skills. Justasked me what I wanted, told me how much it was, and walked away. Didn't even check to make sure I actually paid with my card. Iguess it's good I wasn't paying cash. I ordered a couple pepperoni pizzas and they were terrible. The pepperoni is paper thinnow. You can almost see through it. There was almost no sauce on it and less cheese than usual. It was so bland. I won't be backto this location and I've been buying here for almost 20 years. The last 2 visits have not been good.. The crust has changed substantially recently. It tastes different than it had. it now... sticks to the cardboard pizza holder during the cooking process. It is doughy, unappealing and the toppings tasted off. Havefrequented this location for years. We would go almost every Friday for pizza night but will look elsewhere. Read more

For the first time I ordered from Papa Murphy?s for over 20 years. I had a choice between thin and Original crust. What i got... was a paper thin crust. So define the original crust for me. Cause i itdered the Original. The toppings were excellent, but thecrust needs to have a choice for a thicker crust. Read more

I don't visit this location often but it's been established for twenty years and still going strong. Order was correct and... timely. Order ahead by phone or online if you want to pickup during busy dinner hours between 5-8 pm. Also has a drive throughfor easier pickups. Read more

Papa Murphys is the best way to satisfy your hungry minions when you're too tired to prep and cook yourself. The pumpkin shaped... pizzas for Halloween are honestly the best and don't skip on the chocolate chip cookie dough! Read more

I understand its papa murphy's, I've worked in the food industry, I get it. But I feel this could have gotten the perfect 5... stars if- you retrain your prep cook(s) at the very minimum spinach and maybe have a discussion about readjusting toppingamounts ? ty Read more
