The wait time was excessive. In their defense, they were short handed as most restaurants are right now. However, we ordered a... Papa's Favorite which is to have three kinds of meat and veggies. Sat there for 45 minutes waiting for 2 pizzas! 3 people working there, 1 of them working hard the other 2 not so much. The only... way to describe the other 2 employees, with just 1 word is "Tortoises". They move so slow its embarrassing. Such horriblecustomer service, they need to pick up the pace quite a bit. My great-grandparents who are in there mid 90's move much muchfaster than those 2 tortoise moving employees. It is hands down the best pizza that you can buy you, you have to cook it yourself but that is exactly why it is the best pizza

First time I personally went there and the pizza was absolutely perfect! Way better than any pizza chain and all you have to do... is pop it in the oven until it's cooked exactly how you like it. It was very busy and the staff was very fast and accurate. Read more

Ordered a pizza online to pick up at 11 but was told when I got there that they were closed and to leave the store. When asked... when I could get the pizza I already paid for online I was told to leave the store and come back later. When asked when it willbe ready I was once again just told to leave the store. When I did finally get my pizza, I asked who the manager was and foundout that I was initially dealing with the manager who was very rude at this point and all she wanted to do was argue rather thantry to rectify any issues and provide any type of customer service. It?s $12 Tuesdays and I was overcharged on all of my pizzas. The manager Will was extremely rude after I talk to him on the... phone when he said I could come get my change that was owed The manager started a argument with my friend that went back toget my money that was owed. He was very disrespectful. I was quoted exactly what my price was before i got off the phone after iordered and instead was charged $7.40 more. I will never go back and im writing this because he was very unprofessional. Thereis no excuse for that. It?s sad when you have to leave one star for bad service.
