Hands down the worst pizza ordering experience I?ve had ever. Where do I start? The employees were not wearing gloves, tossing... food into each other?s mouths, and standing around while about 10 of us were waiting for our late orders. Waited almost 45minutes later than my specific pick up time. I requested a refund and the employees said it wasn?t possible since it was anonline order. I then asked for my pizza to be made since it had not even been started. After the pizza was made it was notedible?poorly made and with no gloves. WORST experience, ever! I called in at 5:30 to order 2 medium pizzas. I asked twice how long it would take (since I had a 5... month old with me and we were on our way home) the young man said ?15-20? minutes. So, I show up at 5:55 and nothing was ready.There were 2 young men and a young lady working. One of the boys (with glasses and an airpod in) was messing around the entiretime while the place was packed with people standing around. After 15 minutes, I am told they are out of medium sized pizzadough, so I got both in a large. At that point, I thought the pizzas were going to be made. Not. After another 10 minutes, I amtold there is no more chicken prepped and I?m asked what other topping I would like? I ordered a chicken, bacon and artichokepizza. I wish I was told that when I initially called. Needless to say, I was there an entire hour with a fussy baby. Theworkers were messing around the entire time, the young man in glasses was extremely unprofessional and kept throwing toppingsaround and distracting the other 2 workers as they tried to push out pizzas. This store is amazing, but the franchise owners are not. They are forcing the manager to work by herself after her foot surgery,... this is unacceptable for businesses to do this to people because they are short staffed and refused to close. The fact that thefranchise owners aren't even willing to come in and help the store with progress and help relieve people when they're overworkedis the reason why people do not want to work anymore. Even though the registers were acting crazy I still didn't mind the wait cuz everyone was super nice! Even offered to make me a... salad when someone got the last one. I would definitely go back. Worst experience EVER! The customer service is beyond unfriendly, absolutely rude, completely lazy and downright awful. No one... says hi and they are put out that you have even walked in the store. The presentation of the pizza is absolutely terrible andthe store is usually dirty. Honestly, a child could make a better looking pizza and at least they would be friendly while doingit! The staff is more into their music (that is not family appropriate) than doing their job. I will purposely be driving 5miles out of the way to a different store so I don?t have to deal with this staff and the food. I HIGHLY suggest NOT going tothis store! Read more
