For the W. State Street PH, north side of Boise, ID. Good, friendly service. Delivery on time (actually about 15 minutes... earlier than stated). Pizza was VERY GOOD! Sometimes, the big pizza places produce some interior pizzas, but the one we got fromW State St and 27th Street on October 15 (2022) was superb! My kids and I were all pleased! Read more
Wow.. Where to begin. For starters, customer service needs to be worked on at this location. The cashier was pleasant to work... with, the manager however was rude and disrespectful. Not an apology for misreading and improperly preparing order (complete"blame game") and in return accused of not reading a website correctly rather than try to offer solutions to the issue at hand.Was told Pizza hut does not offer dairy free options. When last time I checked their website veggies don't count as dairy andneither does their crust according to their allergen checker. The only reason I give 1 star was because the poor cashier who didnothing wrong, got caught in the middle of it. My daughter even asked for the receipt and the manager took it, crumpled it andthrough it in the trash. This location is 2 minutes from my house perhaps I'll take my business to other locations they seem tobe more pleasant to work with. Read more
i ordered a stuffed crust pizza through the app. it arrived to me with no stuffed crust, but i had to pay for it? i called the... store and they told me in their system i didn?t order stuffed crust even though i had to pay for it? they said it was a commonproblem but i was basically told ?sorry try again next time?. no offense, but stuffed crust is the only good thing about pizzahut. y?all regular crust tastes like plastic and the pizza isn?t anything special. i won?t be ordering from this location again. From out of town, ordered delivery to my hotel room. Took about 20 minutes from order to show up, my delivery gal was extremely... nice and pleasant. Pasta was delicious, pizza was good, I'd suggest trying it if you like pizza. Read more
I ordered my pizzas online. Arrived at the drive through window. The guys could not find my pizzas. I think they determined they... gave someone the wrongs ones. They offered a discount. I did not take it. They asked me if I could wait while they remade them.I did and they were out to me in about 20min. They did a good jo. Fixing the problem. Top stuff fellas. Read more
Pizza is always good. Tonight the delivery driver just left it outside our door and didn't knock or anything to let us know it... had arrived. I like to tip in cash. And since we used up a bunch of hut rewards we wanted to hook the driver up with a nice fattip but we didn't even know that he got to to our house yet.... so dude missed out on a tip. by the time we realized the pizzawas sitting outside our door it had gotten super cold. It is like 39 degrees out right now. We love pizza hut and tonight was alittle weird. I work in the service industry and I know what it's like to get stiffed. We didn't do that on purpose. Read more
I was trying to order on the phone, kept getting directed to an automated message, when I select #2 to order it beeps and hangs... up on you. Had to pull over to order online. Main issue for me, they weren't wearing gloves when making the pizza, even afterthey've touched everything around in store and cashier area, not following proper practices. Read more
