I just had my first burger from here and it was so good I had to post this. If you're reading reviews wondering if this place is... good it will surpass your expectations for a burger. Cooked perfectly, bacon is perfect, tastes fresh with real ingredients, Iasked for avocado and they put on at least a half of a fresh sliced avocado and it didn't even fall apart somehow. Magical. They have some of the best burgers in Boise and their staff is friendly. My wife and I love their burgers. We ate there a couple... days ago and I had what may be the best burger I have ever eaten. Facility was clean it was nice Amber was pretty pretty good the fried brussel sprouts were different still flavorful they could... have been cut a little shorter on the stem and cooked a little bit more but still good. I was a little skeptical to try this place because of some of the reviews but I love trying new places so I went ahead. And what... can I say? Wow, just wow. ???? I was expecting a bit of a skimp since they're pictures looked so good to be true but no, theseburgers were insane! The Smoked Bacon Brisket Burger was the highlight of the show, although the Truffle Mushroom Swiss Burgersis not to be slept on! The truffle mayo had me going back for another bite, and before my eyes it was gone! The flavors on theSmoked Bacon Brisket Burger were spot on. I'm not the biggest fan of BBQ sauce and the amount added onto this burger wasperfect. I wasn't drenched, it was a good amount not too overtake the rest of the burger. The Smash Fries though, I'm in lovewith those fries! The two ingredients are the reason I had to try them and I wasn't disappointed either. They were so tasty,fried to a decent level and the seasoning was also balanced out because garlic and rosemary can very easily be overdone in thehands of the wrong cook. First time in this location. I use to go all the time to the one in California. Everything was good. The manager was... excellent keeping everything clean. Cooks were working hard. Cashier was new I think was very nervous. Food was excellent. Read more
