Just spent half an hour in line because all the stalls were closed down, I ordered a chop house burger and an Oreo shake. When I... got my food (mind you only one person was in front of me) I got a regular cheeseburger instead of the chophouse, and the shakewas completely sour. My friend had gotten a Dr Pepper that was completely watered down. Couldn't even go back through the lineto get it fixed, terrible experience. Read more
Bought food for my family tonight and received onion rings that were burnt and was given a coke that looked like water and then... replaced with another coke that looked like water and told the syrup was out and I'm guessing they were to busy to replace it.The server told me that the second drink that was also flat was free like it didnt pay for a coke. So I asked again if he couldreplace it with a Sprite instead. Need to work on quality of food and service. Read more
Sonic is pretty great. I wouldn't say the best quality or highest quality place ever but they are still pretty decent. I enjoy... the jalapeno burger alot, it's very tasty. Really good selection of everything drinks and ice cream. If you can dream it up theycan do it. Read more
Sometimes good and sometimes not! The crispy chicken stripes were over done and tasted like they were cooked in old oil. Even... the cheese burger didn't taste as good as usual. I will probably eat there again sometime to give them another chance. Read more
This location is so bad right now it's sad.. it use to be a really good and strong location. For food and customer... service. When your the only car in the drive up. And only five cars in the stalls. And I stayed for ten minutes to place myorder and workers are taking a smoke break. So I left without anything and I went to burger King. This place is gets worse every time I go there. They are always out of something. I sat at one of the stalls for about 40 mins... total, watching the teenage employees mess around ?cleaning the bathroom?, socializing with their friends (who were notemployees). Loud laughing and talking about inappropriate things. Then when our food finally came out, it was missing items,resulting in us waiting longer for the worker to run back in and grab our missing items. Then, when I got home and looked at mychili dog I saw this?! A piece of American cheese melted in the bun? Gross. The hot dog almost looked greenish.. but I stilltook a bite. I spit it out immediately when I saw the discoloration of the hot dog? DISGUSTING!! Read more
This is a message to the Sonic located on 5 Mile and Ustick. I went through the drive thru yesterday, 11/4/22, to get water and... cheese sticks. No problem. BUT I, unfortunately, discovered broken glass in my water. I attempted to call to let them know, andno one will answer the phone. They picked up and hung up. I called back and received a busy signal. I highly advise themanagement to ensure proper food safety handling. I realize we all make mistakes. However, glass in ice water is a very seriousmatter! Read more
