Professionalism and consistency... An everyday customer with much experience here I can say they always epitomize these... trademark of the starbucks franchise. They have a good manager, but they're also good people. So all these bad reviews, justbecause a barista won't 5ake your verbal abuse in person doesn't mean the starbucks store review needs unfairly slandered. Goodor bad, I have to be awestruck to give a review of good or bad. So yeah I can fairly and conservatively say they earn more than4.5 at least. If it was 9 out of 10 score I still wouldn't be able to find a fault worth taking off a point. Read more
This spot used to be very fast and very efficient. I?d get in and get out without being late. The two baristas who used to work... here were personable and made the order right every time. The new staff however, is slow beyond belief. Taking 10 minutes tomake 1 single drink. I show up at around 8:20 everyday and I get out at 8:40, making me late. Poor time management. Read more
Starbucks has gone down hill, bad service, takes forever, prices high... Even tried different locations. Customer service odds... awful no matter where you go. Not to mention they way they treat or military and first responders (police). They have officiallylost my business forever. Read more
I got their dragon drink. It tasted fine. For the price however I would think they'd use fresh fruit. When I finished the drink... I ate some of the fruit in the drink and it tasted like it was horribly freezer burned. Left a bad taste in my mouth. Server waspolite though and the drink was alright besides that. Read more
Nice new location, must try the nitrogen cold brew with cream. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly and encouraged me... to step out of my comfort zone with my order. All the favorite foods and drinks with a larger area to converse and enjoy. Read more
Very nice baristas, good coffee all times except once (why it didn't receive five stars, that and if you don't have a coupon... it's a bit pricey). Try the apple crisp, you won't regret it. I just wish it closed later than 7 PM. Read more
