This is the best Starbucks in the TV imo. The drive-thru staff are always very friendly and personable, and my cold brew never... misses. I go out of my way to come to this one. Read more

I?m writing this since my friend is such a pushover????. They gave her a spilled drink and the wrong sizes even after she... addressed them. The drinks were overwhelmingly sweet and the flavor was basically gone because of how sweet it was. I?d rathergo to Dutch next door they?re customer service is so much better. Read more

This location always nails my coffee order! They have veggie options which is super awesome and they are very fast. Over $6 is... too much for a coffee, I only come here whenever I have a gift card but if it was a little less I would visit more often. Thankyou for making my coffee perfect every time! Read more

Save you're time and money for a better chain 50 ft away. Dutch Bros is gold compared to the trash of Starbucks so why waste... your time to only then be unsatisfied. When you need your coffee coming in clutch, go to dutch. No burnt tasting coffee overthere! Read more

Lately, the customer service at this location has declined rapidly. I placed a mobile order this morning and went to pick this... up. When I got to the store, there was a sign that stated the lobby was closed and to use the drive through. I waited in thedrive through at a stand still for about 6-7 minutes before I had to exit to get to work on time, which is just right across thestreet. A little while later, I walked over to the store to grab my drink where I was ignored by the employees that saw mestanding there. One female barista eventually looked over at me and made a circular motion in the air with her hand signaling meto get in the drive through line. Finally, a man came to the door to talk to me. I told him that I didn't have a vehicle andthat I'm just picking up a mobile order. He said it didn't matter and that I would have to use the drive through anyways. I toldhim I wouldn't walk through the drive through, as I've been denied service without being in a vehicle before. I could see mydrink sitting on the counter. I asked him if he could just grab it for me really quick, but he seemed more interested in arguingwith me over why he couldn't do this which wasted both of our time. He finally gave in when he realized I refused to walkthrough the drive through and audibly huffed at me before asking for my name. He grabbed my drink and I asked for his name. Heheld up his apron, pointed to his name and said "its right here"..... "Brandon?" I said and he said "YEP, Brandon Reed". I haveNEVER been treated this way at Starbucks and I was absolutely floored by his behavior. If the team cannot handle lobby trafficthe location should not be taking mobile orders. I have been a manager and would be extremely embarrassed if one of my teammembers acted this way towards a customer. I come to this location several times per week and its been progressively decliningin service for a few months. My co workers have noticed this as well. Read more
