I don't normally choose Starbucks as my go-to coffee shop, but was needing a pick me up while doing my grocery shopping at Fred... Meyer on Sunday. The older woman working (Karyn) greeted me with such enthusiasm and I felt how much pride she took in her workand service. The coffee was delicious and just what I needed, but I was disappointed to see another colleague (younger colleaguein a beanie) verbally berating the older woman for taking time to talk with me. I don't need one more place that is going tohurry me out of line (not sure if this a Starbucks policy or a Fred Meyer thing...I hope its not the grocery store's policy).Karyn provided a great cup of coffee and a personable experience and she is reason enough for me to make time during my grocerytrip to get coffee at Fred Meyer's Starbucks in future. She should be training all of their barista staff on how to treatcustomers. Top notch service. Read more

Way over priced and they serve burnt coffee and that's for Starbucks every where! Do your selves a favor folks and try a Dutch... Brothers - they have great coffee(s) and great prices! Read more
The drive though was fast and the barista was friendly and helpful. Not all Starbucks are the same and we have been to a few... that have not done a good job of serving a quality drink. I can't say all the baristas are good but the one that served us thatday did a great job with the drink. Read more
