Not trained properly at all. The lady just stared throwing the meat on the bread and clumped it all together and when I asked... for it to be remade, by another co worker they threw an attitude and started slamming stuff around. Like other reviews our online order was not ready for pickup when we arrived. In fact we had to wait nearly 20 minutes until all... the other customers were served. We placed our order hours before these other people and still had to wait until they were allserved. What a joke this place is. Plus there is no store number on our online receipt. This is the second time we orderedonline way in advance and still had to wait and wait for our order even after paying for it in advance. Not to mention half thetime our sandwiches had the wrong stuff on them. It is obvious the owner of this franchise does not seem to want to improve hiscustomer experience. What a shame! Read more
