Normally don't take things seriously enough to right a sincere negative review. My girlfriend and I waited in line the other... night to deliver a GrubHub order, ended up in line for 45 minutes to an hour before we even got to the speaker, then another15-20 to get our customer?s order. Before we even got in the huge line of cars, we called the store to see if they couldpossibly open the lobby, just so we could deliver our order on time so the food isn?t just sitting; the lady on the phone justsaid ?the lobby is closed sorry,? and nothing else. Sort of understandable, it was a busy Saturday night. The customer?s orderWAS cold when we got it, I?m guessing it was made when the order was placed, then sat for at least an hour. Today, we decidedto order something on our own just to give the benefit of the doubt. We've now been waiting for almost an hour ourselves with noprogress on our order, and I?m unfortunately assuming it will show up cold. It?s a Monday afternoon, and we live no more than 2or 3 minutes from the location. Come on now. Very disappointed in this location. Have yet to experience this issue at other TacoBell locations, though. Read more

I?m not normally the type to review, let alone complain. This morning I ordered a breakfast order. There were two vehicles in... front of me in the drive-through line. I ordered the items like normal, and proceeded to sit in that line for 17 minutes beforeI made it to the window. At that point, they informed me That ?they should still be able to make my order ?it would just takemore time? I was very confused. I politely asked what the lady was talking about, and she responded by asking ?oh, they didn?ttell you we were out of eggs?? My response was simply ?no, or I wouldn?t have waited in line for 17 minutes. ? And thenproceeded to leave. Come on guys. I won?t be back. Read more

If you are choosing between this Taco Bell vs the one on Overland.. This location takes it. 1.) It appeared well staffed 2.) The... inside is open 3.) The customer I recieved today was some of the best I've experienced since 2019. The young female running thedrive thru was polite, started a conversation and helped me with a mobile order issue. (They were no longer out of an item, andthe app wasn't updated about it.) Food was hot, and order was correct. Read more

Delivery Drivers Beware! They will skip over your order and make you wait over 30 minutes until it gets deleted off screen. In... the meantime they will have served an entire drive through line. Blacklist this place and avoid all the BS. Taco Bell shouldn'tbe offering delivery if they cannot meet their contract obligations. Read more

I went to their drive through around 10:50pm to order food. I waited for around 10 minutes, calling out for someone, and no one... answered. I left and when I drove by the window I could see people in there. I went and double checked their posted hours onthe doors and it said drive through was till midnight. I cannot begin to explain how fantastic the customer service was in the drive through. Especially this sweetheart Hailey! She... was so nice on the drive through and had a great smile on her face as we arrived at the pick up window! In an age where customerservice is a dying attribute; the happiness in Hailey?s voice/smile and the crispy hot Dorito tacos made my day! Read more

Awful awful awful- pricing not right on drive through menu. The staff is combative when you call it out- like aggressively... combative saying: ?well what do you want from us?. Staff also not competent to understand their menu. They rung up my orderwrong 3 times. I asked to speak to a manager and the staff lied to me twice about the manager not being available and why theycouldn?t help me. UPDATE: district manger called today to follow up. Very nice guy! Addressed shortcomings head on and advisedme how they have been addressing to fix. New mgmt will hopefully turn it around. My husband has said in past week or two, tacosand service has been better. Update as of 6/19/22: staff at the drive through could not have been more pleasant and nice. Theyare now open more too. Order was correct. Read more

When you order 6 chicken quesadillas that cost $40 to get nothing but tortilla. And the store won?t answer their phone after... calling 60 times. Taco Bell and all fast food in Idaho is a joke.
