Service was great. Staff were very friendly. However when you order a steak I would expect some greens like asparagus or... Brussel sprouts.....instead the New York steak comes plopped on a pile of these miniature fries that end up turning into mush. I think they can do so much better on this plate option. The Bison meatloaf is outstanding! Read more

Nice restaurant located inside the Grove hotel. Nice breakfast. Haven't been in four lunch yet, but still want to try that menu.... Staff friendly and attentive. We were seated immediately and even if we hadn't had reservations, it seemed as though therewouldn't have been a wait anyway. Love the decor, very cozy and sophisticated. Food was well prepared and tasted fresh andflavorful. Read more

Great service. We had a reservation and our table was ready for us on time. The restaurant is in a hotel and it wasnt overly... busy. The atmosphere was that of a lounge and very relaxing .Our waitress was very kind and didn't mind giving us somesuggestions. I am glad we ate what she recommended because everything was more than delicious. For appetizers we had thechicken flatbread and roasted brussel sprouts. We loved both and polished the plates. Brussel sprouts stole our hearts . Theywere apricot glazed and roasted to perfection. I could eat them all day everyday. For entrees, we ordered their Cajun shrimpMac and cheese, pork shank and the steelhead. Mac and cheese was covered in creamy cheese with lots of nice sized shrimp andcheese curds! The good squeaky kind. It is a spicy entrée so if you don't like spicy food don't order it. I loved it. Steelheadentrée was amazing as well with beautifully cooked fish and grits. The only thing I didn't like a lot was the frozen rosécream that came with it. Could have done without it but it wasn't terrible. We also ordered the pork shank that came in atortilla bowl served with avocado and Ballard grilling cheese. It also came with a VERY hot jalapeno pepper ???? . The pork wasfalling off the bone and was just mouth-watering. Big love for that one. For dessert we had the s'mores sundae (can't rememberthe exact name) , creme brulee and a fruit cobbler. S'mores sundae came with a huckleberry marshmallow that was the best thingI have tasted in a while. I highly recommend it. Creme brulee was a peach CB and tasted really good and refreshing for thepalette. The fruit cobler was an apple puree cobler topped with vanilla ice cream and some berries. It was very delicious aswell. I will deffinitely be back when we are in Boise again. Read more

The atmosphere here is fantastic. The drinks were good, and the food I ordered was good. Besides the item I ordered, there's not... much on the menu that stands out. My wife and I wouldn't return unless they changed or added things to the menu. This place isworth going to once, though. Give it a go. Read more
