?Lettin? loose? is right.. my all American wrap was smaller than the kids size. Less than an egg within the wrap, so the person... who cracked it or poured the egg mix doesn?t think people should get any food for their money. The rating wouldn't be so bad if I didn't call 6 different times with no answer and then off the hook. My original problem was... they didn't give me an extra dressing which I paid for, the salsa ranch or the straw that comes with the chocolate coveredstrawberry smoothie. I love Tropical Smoothie Cafe, I know the world is crazy right now but lately their game has been a little low. I ordered... online, and half my order didn?t show up. I had also ordered through the drive thru once, and ordered my wrap without chicken,and it came with chicken in it. Normally I?m always satisfied but this makes me a little sad. Read more

Tropical smoothie cafe always has my food ready when I order online. It is so nice to pull up and what I ordered online is... waiting for me. I highly recommend the Tropical Smoothie Cafe. Spending a week in Boise, we tried their smoothies to cool down in 105 degree... heat. The Island Green and the banana strawberry smoothies hit the spot. We went back another day for a hummus vegie wrap and anultimate club sandwich. Both were excellent. Everything was fresh, well orepared and tasty. Portions were very big. Service wasbright and cheerful, and they paid attention to the little details. Always tons of attitude when ordering. Rushing and asking " is that it" Right after i barely get done telling one item after... another. This is the 3rd time its happened so i thought id mention it. Also getting the orders wrong because theyre rushing itprobably the reason why. Read more
