I placed an order tonight, it was delivered but after getting inside and opening my boxes they messed up one of the pizzas. I... called store, and we didn't want to wait on another pizza for 45-50 minutes. They said they would credit my account. There hasbeen no credit applied. They didn't even act like I was there for 5 minutes. After I was very specific about my order. That I explained to them 3 times.... I got home and not 1 thing did they get right. I feel they all need better training on how to deal with customers and how totake orders. Worst Domino's I've ever been too. The young man that took my order and the young lady that delivered it were both professional and friendly. The delivery was... quick! We are down in Saint James City and from order to deliver was only 30 minutes! Both were personable and I enjoyedinteracting with them. I come here all the time because it?s local, but come less and less due to the following reasons: The staff is consistently... snappy like you are bothering them. As I type this the two girls on shift are bickering at each other and the poor quiet guy.I?m wondering if I should film it, but decided if the management is interested, they can look at the time and date stamp. No oneis wearing name tags, so I can?t help you there. If you use the app, forget it. The app tells you it?s done, so you drive topick it up, and it is never done. Tonight when I asked why I was standing here for 21 minutes after the app said the food wasdone, I was informed that the app is always wrong. So, um, why have the app?? Then when I asked what the hold up was, I wassnapped at that I ordered nine items and sooooo it?s just late. But then ten minutes later, I was told that one of the pizzas ismissing, so they want to make it starting now. Guess you should have checked when I asked you to, huh? So I?m now waiting atotal of over an hour for my food :/ And then there?s the so-so quality. When I finally did get the forgotten deep dish pizza,she told me when I order it to tell them to ?push it back? because if I don?t, the dough will be doughy. So now I am officiallypunished for ordering too many items here (my nine), and I have to educate the cooks when I do order, which might be a good ideato have to call anyway... since the app isn?t accurate anyway.
