I had the fried rice with shrimp, chicken and beef. I think it was called the Supreme Fried Rice. The meat was very tender but... the rice was a little mushy. Our service was good! We should have never come here. If you wanna get poisoned, this is the place to come and eat, otherwise please avoid... it. Careless staff, dirty place and more awful food. Waited more than 30 minutes on our appetizer, we finally got it- and guesswhat? We never got any sharing plates , we ate out of a napkin. Best night out for dinner in a long time! Staff was very friendly and attentive, good to see familiar faces as well. If you... haven’t been here in a long time, at all or even just last week I say go ahead and visit BD’s Mongolian Grill you won’tregret it. Been my favorite restaurant for a long time. I absolutely love the food. The stuff is extra super accommodating to me in my... wheelchair and I like that. I understand the whole COVID thing so my biggest complaint is that previously you used to wait inline for your food at the grill and get to see the guys at the grill. Do all the fun stuff with their grilling equipment andthen you took your hot plate back to your table. But now they do it where you drop off your raw food with a ticket that theygive you with your name on it and then they bring it to you when it's cooked The bad thing about that is they come to the tableone or two at a time which means part of your party is sitting down eating with the other ones. Still waiting for their food.I'm hoping that this is just due to social distancing and that eventually they'll go back to the way that used to be. Read more
Very tasty & fun experience. I had a hankering for a nice Mongolian grill-style meal, and thoroughly enjoyed BD's. We went in at... about 5 p.m. on Sunday (Father's Day) which was the perfect time to go. We had a reservation, but it was still really quick forthe other patrons to get seated, and there wasn't a line for the grill. By about 6 p.m. it started to get busy, and there was arather long line for the grill (probably like 15 people or so long). It still moved pretty quickly, but I think going in fordinner earlier definitely paid off. The wait staff was great, and really attentive too. Joel's the man! I forgot my ticket forthe grill, and he brought it over to me before I realized I had forgotten it. I'll definitely come back! Read more
This was my first time here and I had a party of 6 people! I called in the afternoon to make reservations for 6pm! We got there... and there was NO ONE at the hostess stand to greet us.. When we finally did get seated the server Joshua was less than stellar..he was slow, would wait on every single table except for my table and it took forever for him to get to us. He would forget ourorder or not write it down and just walk away! The food was alright, salty but, not something I'd write home about. I've hadMongolian food before at other places and this was not the best experience... The Guava daiquiri was the only good highlight! Wewere still nice and gave Joshua a tip because that's what is the right thing to do. I don't think we will be back again. Read more
