Worst experience ever!!! I visited this location on 10/25/2022 and location closed at 6pm when they close at 9pm. I visited the... following day 10/26/2022 and they were closed again both dining and drive through because they have a large catering order. Afemale employee came out and apologized - when I asked what about their regular customers - she said they were instructed bytheir corporate office to do so. They should not have to close the store to do so . Shame on them if that is the case - I willnever eat from Boston Market again. Read more

Large sides that are supposed to be for family is enough for 2, MAYBE 3 people. We bought an xl meal and the sides were... horrible. The mashed potatoes were too soft like they're powdered & too much liquid was added, the gravy was like pure water, the Mac & cheese was so runny!!!, the salad was enough for 2 people and only half full. The sweet potatoes were almost full &pretty good, the creamed spinach was also almost full, but has an after taste. The chickens were good!!! Moist. Extra starfor the chicken. The corn muffins had a decent flavor, but look like they only rose half way and also pretty dense and had aslight crunch inside, like the corn meal wasn't properly hydrated & not mixed properly. Disappointed for a $62.99 + tax xlmeal. Read more

Boston Market used to be a special place for our family. We used to go to the route 59 location quite a bit. Great food great... service. Alas, that is no longer the case. That location closed down a couple of years back. We ordered Thanksgiving food atthis Weber location. When I first got here and didn't notice a long line like in previous years, I was surprised. But then whenI experienced the service inside, it all made sense. Disgruntled employees and disgruntled customers in the line. The person atthe register asking for a confirmation number. Showing your ID and giving your name is not good enough. You need a confirmationnumber sir to be able to pick up your food I was told. I was not the only one scrambling to find an email from them with aconfirmation number which I did not know that I would need until I got here. Then once you get a receipt from them inside thestore, you have to go to the outside trailer to pick up your food. The setup look promising and I thought I was going to get thefood fast. Turns out that every single person who was waiting in line to pick up their food from the trailer was missingsomething in their order. The lady tried to hand me my order and only when I asked a question: is it all in the bag? That's whenshe went back to look and check in the bag and found a bunch of stuff missing which she then had to scramble to get from thestore. When you end up spending a good amount of money for not as much food, you expect at least the food quality and theservice to be top-notch. That's not the case at Boston Market anymore. Looks like the pandemic took a toll on them as well.Disappointing ???? Read more

My quest for that ever elusive Boston Market Prime Rib was not in vain this time. On my first attempt, they told me they ran... out. The second time, I was told they only have 2 left (I wanted three), but saw them with a whole roast behind the counter. Were they saving it for themselves? Earlier today, I called two location for pick-up order and was told their policy has to bein-store purchase after 5pm as the prime rib was an ?in demand? item. Anyway, arrived about 30 mins before 5 and was greeted byDorrie, the server and told her that I needed three prime ribs to go, and was willing to wait till 5PM. Dorrie was the mostaccommodating, focused and hospitable staff I have ever come across at this location, even if she had to serve severalcustomers. Ten minutes to five I told her what I wanted for sides, and she packed these along with the corn bread andhorseradish that were already in a bag she prepared in advance. By 5PM, the prime ribs were ready and I was out of there. Boston market rotisserie prime rib at $16.99 with two sides, corn bread and horseradish, is pretty good and can easily beatthose from upscale steakhouses. You have a choice of pink or brown too. However making it insufficient to the demand is quiteinconvenient. Boston market should review their policy of its availability. Read more
